The productivity of dairy cows and quality of milk using in the diet corn forage

English. In the AIC Teterevka, Berestovitsy district, scientific and economic experience on the use of raw corn feed in rations of milking cows was conducted. For the experiment, 20 cows were selected taking into account the live weight (500-550 kg), age (3-4 lactation), productivity (5500-5800 kg), fat content (3,6-3,7%) and protein (3,1-3,2%) in milk. Animals have been distributed into two groups on 10 heads in each. Throughout the experiment, the animals were in the same conditions of the maintenance.Duration of experience has made 90 days. As the basic diet, the animals of the basic variant of the experiment received the basic diet in accordance with the accepted feeding patterns existing in the farm in quantities corresponding to the productivity of the animals. At the experimental cows it was entered a crude corn forage into a diet to replace hay and corn silage, equivalent to dry matter. Using the raw corn in feed rations of dairy cows does not degrade the quality of the milk. The milk of the experimental cows was similar and corresponded to normative milk (1598-2006) according to organoleptic characteristics (color, smell, texture). Entering of raw corn feed in the structure of milk cows’ diet is economically justified, since allows reducing the cost of production and increasing the profitability of the industry.

Russian. В СПК Тетеревка Берестовицкого района был проведен научно-хозяйственный опыт по использованию сырого кукурузного корма в рационах дойных коров. Для опыта было отобрано 20 коров с учетом живой массы (500-550 кг), возраста (3-4 лактация), продуктивности (5500-5800 кг), содержанию жира (3,6-3,7%) и белка (3,1-3,2%) в молоке. Животные были распределены на две группы по 10 голов в каждой. На всем протяжении опыта животные находились в одинаковых условиях содержания. Длительность опыта составила 90 дней. В качестве основного рациона животные базового варианта опыта получали основной рацион в соответствии с принятыми схемами кормления, существующими в хозяйстве, в количествах, соответствующих продуктивности животных. У коров экспериментального варианта в рацион вводили сырой кукурузный корм взамен сенажа и кукурузного силоса, эквивалентно по сухому веществу. Использование сырого кукурузного корма в рационах дойных коров не ухудшило качество молока. По органолептическим показателям (цвет, запах, консистенция) молоко подопытных коров не различалось и соответствовало нормативному молоку (СТБ 1598-2006). Включение в состав рациона дойных коров сырого кукурузного корма экономически оправдано, т. к. позволяет снизить себестоимость производимой продукции и повысить рентабельность отрасли.
