Theoretical bases of investment activity of processing industry organizations

Russian. Разработаны теоретические основы понятии ‘инвестиции, ’инвестиционная деятельность’, приведена их классификация и дано научное обоснование направлений совершенствования управления инвестиционной деятельностью в организациях перерабатывающей промышленности Республики Беларусь. Проведенные исследования свидетельствуют о том, что инвестиции - это любое имущество (включая денежные средства, ценные бумаги, оборудование и результаты интеллектуальной деятельности, принадлежащие инвестору на правах собственности или ином вещественном праве, и имущественные права), вкладываемое инвестором в объекты инвестиционной деятельности с учетом факторов времени, риска и ликвидности в целях получения прибыли и (или) достижения иного значимого результата. Инвестиционная деятельность организации перерабатывающей промышленности определена как единство процессов вложения ресурсов и получения доходов в будущем с учетом влияния факторов внешней и внутренней среды. Механизм управления инвестиционной деятельностью организаций перерабатывающей промышленности представляет собой совокупность экономических форм и методов, инструментов и рычагов, с помощью которых обеспечивается воздействие на инвестиционную деятельность.

English. In a course of the research there was developed the theoretical basis of the concepts of ‘investment’, ‘investment activity’ and then classification. The scientific substantiation of directions of investment activity management was improvement in processing industry organizations of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that investments are any property (including money resources, securities, equipment and results of intellectual activity, owned by the investor on the basis of ownership or other material right, and property rights) invested by the investor in the objects of investment activity taking into account such factors as time, risk and liquidity in order to obtain profit and (or) achieve other meaningful results. The investment activity of the processing industry organization is defined as the unity of the processes of investing resources and generating revenues in the future, taking into account the influence of factors of the external and internal environment. The mechanism for managing the investment activities of organizations in the processing industry is a combination of economic forms and methods, instruments and levers that help to influence investment activities.
