quite often these indicators are not calculated at the enterprises.The calculation of product cost for a range of fish products is limited tothe substantiation of a cost allocation base. The article provides an example of calculation of a range of fish productcost in which the cost of consumed raw materials net of wasteshas been adopted as the cost allocation base, since fish raw material can make up 70% of the cost structure. According to the calculation data the production cost amounts to 64-83.3%of the contract price for the cheapest types of fish (white bream, roach and bream) and for fish of the average price category (pike-perch)amounts to 90.9%. These figures confirm that the selling price of domestic fish producers is close to the minimum.

калькулирование себестоимости специфичных для береговых рыбообрабатывающих предприятий субъектов малого предпринимательства Калининградской области. На основе анализа нормативных документов, разработанных Министерством финансов РФ, выявлено отсутствие в них отраслевых особенностей деятельности. Отраслевую специфику бухгалтерского финансового учета содержат локальные нормативные документы на уровне экономического субъекта.Российская нормативная база достаточно близка к МСФО, а оставшиеся различия не очень значимы.Правила бухучета10/99 "Расходы организации" и действующие формы финансовой отчетности не содержат предписаний по обязательному исчислению себестоимости единицы выпущенной продукции или оказанной услуги, нередко не исчисляют эти показатели и на предприятиях. Исчисление себестоимости рыбопродукции по ассортименту сводится к обоснованию базы распределения затрат. Рассмотрен пример расчета фактической себестоимости рыбопродукции по ассортименту, в котором за базу распределения затрат принята стоимость потребленного сырья за вычетом отходов, потому что в структуре себестоимости рыбное сырье может составлять до 70%. По данным расчета, доля себестоимости в контрактной цене для наиболее массовых и относительно дешевых видов мороженой рыбы (густера, плотва, лещ) составляет 64-83,3%, адля рыб средней ценовой категории (судак) - 90,9%. Эти цифры подтверждают, что цена, по которойотечественныепроизводителирыбы ее продают, близка к минимально возможной.
