Effectiveness of use of chelate complexes of trace elements in compound quail feed | Эффективность использования в комбикормах перепелов хелатных комплексов микроэлементов

English. Effectiveness of quail feeding chelate compounds of trace elements (iron, copper, zinc, manganese, cobalt) with green tea gallocatechins and L-Asparaginate, applied to the diet in the small dose, compared to the norm, was studied. The experiment lasted for five months. It was carried out in 2015 in Novosibirsk region. The subjects of research were the Japanese breed quails; formed at one-day age into 3 similar groups (one control and two experimental) these were consisted from 100 heads. The control group was fed inorganic compounds of trace elements. The second and the third experimental groups were fed compound poultry feed reduced mineral content by 10 times and 20 times respectively. Compared to the control group, the liveability of the quail chicks from the experimental groups increased at 4%; the average daily weight gain increased at 6.0-6.7%; the feed cost per unit of growth decreased at 15.2-16.9%. The mass of the gutted quail carcass from the experimental groups exceeded at 4.8-7.2%; protein qualitative index of meat exceeded at 15.9-12.4%, compared to the control groups. Egg production per a hen in the experimental groups increased at 4.1-5.3%; the intensity of oviposition increased at 3.0-3.8%; the output of egg mass increased at 5.0-5.8%. The output of hatching eggs in the experimental groups was higher compared to the control groups (3.5-5.4%). Cost of feed per 1 kg of egg mass (second and third groups) decreased at 12.1-13.0%, waste of incubation decreased at 22.2-33.3%, compared to the control group. Economic effect in the experimental groups was from 10.4% to 11.8% during the growing period; it was from 6.6% to 7.7% during the oviposition period. Application of chelate complexes of trace elements in compound quail feed in the form of gallocatechins of green tea and L-Asparaginate allowed to reduce number of feed mineral elements 10 and 20 times respectively, compared to the norm of application of traditional mineral salts of trace elements.

Проводили сравнительную оценку эффективности скармливания перепелам хелатных соединений микроэлементов (железо, медь, цинк, марганец, кобальт) с галлокатехинами зеленого чая и L-аспарагинатами с пониженной, по сравнению с нормой, дозировкой ввода их в рацион. Опыт продолжительностью 5 мес. проведен в 2015 г. в Новосибирской области на перепелах японской породы, сформированных в однодневном возрасте в 3 аналогичные группы по 100 гол. в каждой: потреблявших неорганические соединения микроэлементов (I контрольная) и получавших комбикорм с хелатами с пониженным в 10 (опытная II) и 20 раз (опытная III) содержанием минеральных веществ. Сохранность цыплят опытных групп, по сравнению с контролем, взросла на 4%, среднесуточный прирост живой массы – на 6,0-6,7%, затраты корма на единицу прироста снизились на 15,2-16,9%. Масса потрошеной тушки перепелов опытных групп была больше на 4,8-7,2%, белковый качественный показатель мяса – на 15,9-12,4%, яйценоскость на несушку – на 4,1-5,3%, интенсивность яйцекладки – на 3,0-3,8%, выход яйцемассы – на 5,0-5,8%, выход инкубационных яиц – на 3,5-5,4%. Затраты кормов на 1 кг яйцемассы во II и III группах уменьшились на 12,1-13,0%, отход инкубации – на 22,2-33,3%, по сравнению с I группой. Положительный экономический эффект в опытных группах составил в период выращивания 10,4-11,8%, в период яйцекладки – 6,6-7,7%. Использование в комбикормах для перепелов хелатных комплексов микроэлементов в форме галлокатехинов зеленого чая и L-аспарагинатов позволяет уменьшить количество скармливаемых минеральных элементов в 10 и 20 раз, соответственно, по сравнению с нормой применения традиционных минеральных солей микроэлементов.
