Temperature monitoring when using a platelet plasma a in treatment of wounds and ulcers in animals | Температурный мониторинг при использовании тромбоцитарной аутоплазмы в лечении ран и язв у животных

The purpose of the study was to conduct temperature monitoring of the wound and ulcer surface of the skin to assess the effectiveness of using thrombocytic autoplasma (TAP) in complex therapy and comparing to the conventional methods. The object of the study were horses (n=10), with experimental wounds in the neck, and cattle (n=10), with ulcers of dorsal joint. In the experimental group of horses, the wounds were treated with ointment "Levomekol" and under the bottom of the wound TAP was injected, in the control group only Levomekol was used. For treatment of cows with ulcers of tarsal joint in the experimental group the TPA in combination with Ichthyol ointment was used. In the control group with the therapeutic purpose Ichthyol ointment was used. TAP was received according to the technology "Plasmacutting-Animal" by centrifuging. According to the data obtained the temperature of the wound surface in test and control groups of horses before treatment had no statistically significant differences. The area of the wound surface of the experimental group of horses as compared to the control group was truly less (p not more than 0.05) after the 2-nd injection of TAP by 19%, after the 3-d injection of TAP – by 33. 4%, and after the 4-th injection of TAP - by 61.5%. In the treatment of ulcers of tarsal joint of cattle in the beginning, after the 1 and 2 injection of TAP the surface temperature in groups was the same. After the 4-th injection of TPA in animals of the experimental group the surface temperature of the ulcerous surface (15.1±0.8 deg. C) was lower than in cows of the control group (23.9±1.7 deg. CC). As a result the study has revealed that by a complex treatment using TAP the temperature of damaged surface normalizes quicker than when using the conventional methods of treating. It has been concluded that using TAP has an anti-inflammatory effect and promotes activating the regenerative processes in damaged tissues.

Цель исследования заключалась в проведении температурного мониторинга раневой и язвенной поверхности кожи для оценки эффективности применения тромбоцитарной аутоплазмы (ТАП) в комплексной терапии и сравнении с общепринятыми методами. Объектом исследования служили лошади (n=10) с экспериментальными ранами в области шеи и крупный рогатый скот (n=10) с язвами тарсального сустава. У подопытной группы лошадей раны обрабатывали мазью "Левомеколь" и под дно раны вводили ТАП, у контрольной группы использовали только "Левомеколь". Для лечения коров с язвами тарсального сустава в подопытной группе использовали ТАП в комплексе с Ихтиоловой мазью. В контрольной группе с лечебной целью применяли Ихтиоловую мазь. ТАП получали по технологии "Плазмалифтинг-Анимал" путем центрифугирования. Согласно полученным данным, температура раневой поверхности в подопытной и контрольной группах лошадей до лечения статистически значимых различий не имела. Площадь раневой поверхности подопытной группы лошадей по сравнению с контрольной была достоверно меньше (p не более 0,05) после 2-й инъекции ТАП на 19%, после 3-й инъекции ТАП - на 33,4%, а после 4-й инъекции ТАП - на 61,5%. При лечении язв тарсального сустава КРС в начале, после 1-й и 2-й инъекции ТАП поверхностная температура в группах была одинаковой. После 4-й инъекции ТАП у животных подопытной группы поверхностная температура язвенной поверхности (15,1±0,8 град. С) была ниже, чем у коров контрольной группы - (23,9±1,7 град. С). В результате исследований выявили, что при комплексном лечении с применением ТАП нормализация температуры поврежденной поверхности происходила быстрее, чем при использовании общепринятых методов лечения. Сделан вывод, что применение ТАП оказывает противовоспалительный эффект и способствует активации регенеративных процессов в поврежденных тканях.
