Study of the influence of lead, zinc and copper фссгmulation on morphofunctional state of liver and kidneys in broiler chickens | Изучение влияния накопления меди, свинца и цинка на морфофункциональное состояние в печени и в почках цыплят-бройлеров

English. The dynamics of structural and functional deviations in internal organs caused by inclusion of salts of heavy metals (copper, lead and zinc) in the feed was studied. The experiment was carried out on broilers of the crossbreed "Smena" during various age periods of life (7, 14, 28, 38, 40, 42 days). Chickens were kept in specially allocated cages in the conditions of a poultry farm. Feeding and keeping was conducted according to the operative standards. The control group of chickens received the fodder diet used on the farm, and the experimental group received in addition to the diet the mix of salts of metals consisting of three-water acetate of lead in the amount of 3.9 g, sulfate zinc – 12.8 g and sulfate copper – 2.05 g per group of 60 chickens. Salt mix was introduced from the age of 7 days to chickens by hashing with compound feed. Duration of feeding of chickens with feed containing salts of heavy metals was 33 days. Analysis of blood and tissues of internal organs was done in 5 chickens of each age period. Content of copper, zinc and lead in liver and kidneys of chickens for 28, 38 and 41 days of their life was determined. The cumulation of copper and zinc in liver and kidneys of the chickens was defined, insignificant distinctions between chickens of experimental and control groups were noted. Morphological changes in kidneys and liver of chickens of experimental groups were documented in comparison with control. Influence of heavy metals by the 28th day of life caused insignificant damage to organs. The chronic intoxication developed in the period since the 28th to the 38th day of life: haemosiderosis, hepatic necrosis and that of kidneys, hemorrhages in bodies. Fatty hepatosis, necrosis of liver tissues, formation of cyst cavities in kidneys with deformation of structural elements were observed in the period between the 38th and the 41st days. Lead causes stronger damage to organs in comparison with copper and zinc.

Изучали динамику структурно-функциональных нарушений во внутренних органах на модели экспериментального токсикоза, вызванного введением в рацион смеси солей тяжелых металлов (меди, свинца и цинка). Эксперимент выполнен на цыплятах-бройлерах кросса "Смена" в различные возрастные периоды жизни (7, 14, 28, 38, 40, 42 сутки). Цыплята находились в специально выделенных клетках в условиях птицефабрики. Кормление и содержание цыплят осуществлялось согласно действующим нормативам. Контрольная группа цыплят получала кормовой рацион, принятый в хозяйстве, а опытная группа получала дополнительно к рациону смесь солей металлов, состоящую из трехводного ацетата свинца в количестве 3,9 г, сернокислого цинка – 12,8 г и сульфата меди – 2,05 г на группу из 60 цыплят. Солевая смесь вводилась с 7-суточного возраста цыплят путем перемешивания с комбикормом. Продолжительность кормления цыплят кормом с примесью солей тяжелых металлов составляла 33 дня. Взятие крови и тканей внутренних органов производили от 5 цыплят в каждом возрастном периоде. Определено содержание меди, цинка, свинца в печени и почках цыплят на 28, 38 и 41 сутки их жизни. Определена кумуляция меди и цинка в печени и почках цыплят, выявлены незначительные различия между цыплятами опытной и контрольной групп. Документированы морфологические изменения в почках и печени цыплят опытных групп в сравнении с контролем. Воздействие тяжелых металлов к 28 дн. жизни вызывало незначительные поражения органов. В период 28-38 дн. развивались явления хронической интоксикации: гемосидероз, некроз печени и почек, кровоизлияния в органы. В период 38-41 дн. наблюдали жировой гепатоз, некроз тканей печени, образование кистозных полостей в почках с деформацией структурных элементов. Свинец вызывает более сильные поражения органов по сравнению с медью и цинком.
