The degradation of the mountain chernozems of the slope of Djinal Ridge (Central Caucasus) and its ecologic and economic consequences | Деградация горных черноземов северного склона Джинальского хребта (Центральный Кавказ) и ее эколого-экономические последствия

English. The temporal dynamics (1980–1989–1997–2002–2007–2012–2015) of the physical and chemical properties of the mountain chernozems, the most widely spread soils of the northern Slope of Djinal ridge, were studied. The investigations were conducted on the lands of the Kabardino-Balkaria Research Institute of Agriculture. It has been revealed that as of 2015 the soils were affected by two types of degradation processes, which differ in the development degree and the spatial coverage of the territory. The whole territory is characterized by the processes of the strong dehumification, and the processes of medium degree of dehumification are manifested only within local areas. The consequences of the strong dehumification of the investigated soils are manifested in the significant (the coefficient is 0.70) decrease of their fertility level. The damage for the soils affected by the strong dehumification reaches 18% according to the assessment of the lands value. The most of the studied soils were also affected by the agro-exhausting in a weak or medium degree. The fertility level index for mean-diluted soils of the agricultural areas is considered to be equal to 0.90. The damage for the assessment of the land area for these soils contains 5%. The decrease in the fertility for weakly diluted soils is insignificant (the coefficient of the fertility level is 0.95), and the damage for the land area assessment may be neglected. There has been calculated the total damage (30,9 ths rubles per ha) comprising the degradation processes which affected the value of the land area, as well as the budget of rehabilitation of these soils and their recovery to the level of the reference state.

На землях Кабардино-Балкарского НИИ сельского хозяйства изучена временная динамика (1980–1989–1997–2002–2007–2012–2015 гг.) физико-химических свойств горных черноземов - наиболее распространенных в пределах северного склона Джинальского хребта почв. Установлено, что по состоянию на 2015 г. почвы подвержены воздействию двух видов деградационных процессов, различающихся по степени развития и пространственному охвату территории. На всей исследуемой территории преобладают процессы сильной дегумификации почв и локально отмечены проявления средней степени дегумификации. Ущерб от сильной дегумификации исследуемых почв выражается значительным снижением (коэффициент 0.70) уровня их плодородия. Величина ущерба для определения стоимости земель, представленных сильнодегумифицированными почвами, достигает 18%. Большинство рассматриваемых почв подвержены агроистощению в слабой и средней степени. Величина коэффициента уровня плодородия для среднеобедненных почв с.-х. угодий принимается равной 0.90, а ущерб для определения стоимости земельного участка для них составляет 5%. Для слабообедненных почв уменьшение плодородия незначительно (коэффициент уровня плодородия – 0.95), и ущерб для определения стоимости земельного участка можно не учитывать. Рассчитан общий ущерб в стоимостном выражении от деградации земель (30.9 тыс. руб./га), включающий в себя потерю плодородия почвы и потерю в стоимости земли в связи с деградационными процессами, а также смету восстановления почв и доведения их до эталонного состояния.
