Morphometric characteristics of neck, goiter and thoracic esophagus of chickens of the cross "IZA-brown" | Морфометрическая характеристика шейной части, зоба и грудной части пищевода кур кросса "ИЗА-браун"

English. Anatomical, histological, morphometric, statistical research methods were used. The relative and absolute weight of the structural parts of the esophagus of hens of the cross IZA-brown was determined in age aspect (8 age groups from 1 to 511 days old). The absolute weight of the neck and thoracic parts of the esophagus, of the goiter increases most intensively during the first two months of chicken's life. Thus, at the age of 35 days the absolute weight of these parts of the esophagus increases by 4.9; 5.15 and 6.52 times respectively compared to those of one day of age. By the 85th day of age their absolute weight increases by 2.3; 2.4 and 3.06 times respectively compared to those aged 35 days. The weight of the neck and thoracic parts of the esophagus and goiter reaches their maximum at the age of 511 days: their mass increases by 14.4; 15.9 and 27.2 times respectively, compared to those of one day of age. The relative weights of the neck and thoracic parts of the esophagus, the goiter in one-day old chicks are 0.59%; 0.28% and 0.55% respectively. In contrast to the absolute weight it gradually decreases and by the age of 511 days it reaches 0.13%; 0.08% and 0.28%. The percentage of the esophagus compared to the body length and neck in chickens was determined in the age aspect for the first time. The percentage of the esophagus length to the body length from one-day of age to 511days age ranges from 34.84% in one-day old chicks (minimum) up to 62.62% in the individuals of 85-days of age (maximum). The minimum percentage of the esophagus length compared to the neck length (97.53%) was noted at the age of 120 days, the maximum one (139.5%) - at the age of 14 days.

Russian. В исследовании использовали анатомические, гистологические, морфометрические, статистические методы. Определена относительная и абсолютная масса структурных частей пищевода кур кросса ИЗА-браун в возрастной динамике (8 возрастных групп с 1 по 511 сут жизни). Наиболее интенсивно абсолютная масса шейной и грудной частей пищевода, зоба увеличивается в первые 2 месяца жизни цыпленка. Так, в 35-суточном возрасте абсолютная масса этих частей пищевода увеличивается, соответственно, в 4,9; 5,15 и 6,52 раза по сравнению с односуточным возрастом. К 85- суточному возрасту их абсолютная масса увеличивается, соответственно, в 2,3; 2,4 и 3,06 раза по сравнению с особями 35-суточного возраста. Максимальная масса шейной и грудной частей пищевода и зоба отмечена в 511-суточном возрасте: их масса увеличивается в 14,4; 15,9 и 27,2 раза соответственно по сравнению с особями односуточного возраста. Относительная масса шейной и грудной частей пищевода, зоба у односуточных цыплят составляет 0,59%; 0,28% и 0,55% соответственно. В отличие от абсолютной массы, она постепенно уменьшается и к 511-суточному возрасту составляет 0,13%; 0,08% и 0,28%. Впервые было определено процентное отношение пищевода к длине тела и шеи у кур в возрастной динамике. Процентное отношение длины пищевода к длине тела от односуточного возраста по 511-суточный возраст варьирует от 34,84% у суточных цыплят (минимальное значение) до 62,62% у особей 85-суточного возраста (максимальное значение). Минимальное процентное отношение длины пищевода к длине шеи (97,53%) отмечено в возрасте 120 сут, максимальное (139,5%) - в возрасте 14 сут.
