The main trends and prospects of the domestic poultry development | Основные тенденции и перспективы развития отечественного птицеводства

English. The main tendencies and features of development of the Russian poultry farming are considered. It is marked that over the past 10 years general development trends of domestic livestock only poultry and pig production show a positive trend. In Russia in production of poultry meat and eggs, hold an important proportion of the Central and Volga Federal districts, where produced 59% of the total poultry meat and 46% of eggs. The major share (96%) in the structure of production of poultry meat is chicken, in second place – turkey. Positive and negative development trends on the market of poultry meat and the poultry industry are revealed. Positive: the price situation on the meat market in the conditions of reduction of incomes of the population increases the share of poultry in total meat consumption; healthy eating trends the population will increase the demand for other types of poultry; technological characteristics of poultry produce competitive advantages within the industry; government support and large private investments allow to increase production capacity faster than in other subsectors. Negative: the domestic poultry market is saturated, imports displaced, access to foreign markets in the short and medium term is possible while meeting the special requirements of production and at a low price; strengthening internal competition is a threat to manufacturers, but will lead to more strict control of product quality and low prices for the buyer; saturation of the domestic market, increased competition, barriers to entry into foreign markets require the manufacturers of investment in technology improvement, development of market infrastructure; the threat of dependence on import of the poultry industry in the means of production (hatching eggs, veterinary drugs, premixes for feeds). It is determined that sustainable prospects of development of poultry farming needs to emerge simultaneously in several directions: from the state, from the producers from the consumers.

Russian. Рассмотрены основные тенденции и особенности развития российского птицеводства. Отмечено, что за последние 10 лет в общих тенденциях развития отечественного животноводства только птицеводство и свиноводство демонстрируют положительную динамику. В России в производстве мяса птицы и яиц значительный удельный вес занимают Центральный и Приволжский федеральные округа, где произведено 59% всего мяса птицы и 46% яиц. Основную долю (96%) в структуре производства мяса птицы занимает мясо курицы, на втором месте – индейка. Выявлены положительные и отрицательные тенденции развития на рынке мяса птицы и в отрасли птицеводства. Положительные: ценовая конъюнктура рынка мяса в условиях сокращения доходов населения увеличивает долю мяса птицы в общем потреблении мяса; тенденции здорового питания населения увеличивают спрос на прочие виды мяса птицы; технологические особенности птицеводства формируют конкурентные преимущества внутри отрасли; поддержка государства и крупные частные инвестиции позволяют наращивать мощности производства быстрее, чем в других подотраслях. Отрицательные: внутренний рынок мяса птицы насыщен, импорт вытеснен, выход на внешние рынки в кратко- и среднесрочной перспективе возможен при удовлетворении особых требований к продукции и по низкой цене; усиление внутренней конкуренции является угрозой для производителей, но приведет к более строгому контролю качества продукции и невысоким ценам для покупателя; насыщение внутреннего рынка, усиление конкуренции, барьеры для выхода на внешние рынки требуют от производителей капиталовложений в совершенствование технологии, развитие рыночной инфраструктуры; сохраняется угроза импортозависимости отрасли птицеводства в средствах производства (инкубационные яйца, ветеринарные препараты, премиксы к кормам). Определено, что устойчивые перспективы развития птицеводства должны формироваться одновременно в нескольких направлениях: со стороны государства, со стороны товаропроизводителей, со стороны потребителя.
