Для восстановления полноценной деятельности всех его отраслей необходима государствен ная поддержка и финансирование из бюджетов всех уровней. В статье на основе учета специфики и особенностей организации инвестиционных процессов в регионе дается обоснование необходимости создания действенной региональной инфраструктуры инвестиционной деятельности, выявляются и структурируются основные проблемы развития исследуемого направления.

To restore the full activity of all its branches the necessary public support and funding from the budgets of all levels. The article on the basis of the specifics and peculiarities of the organization of investment processes in the region the neces sity of creating an effective regional infrastructure of investment activity, are identified and structured in the main problems of development of the studied areas.
