Initial research on characteristics of flowering, fruiting, seed pretreatment and storage for Cleidion spiciflorum showed that: (1). Cleidion spiciflorum is dioecious trees (some time is monoeocious). Fruiting time is variation according to the change of climatic conditions in ecological regions. (2). Without pretreatment seed germination rate is 28% in 50 days after sowing and continuing in 120 days, while seed germination rate is 83.3% after 38 days of sowing and continuing in 87 days in the variant of soaking it into 500C, or in moist sand in room temperature, with germination rate of 71.67-74.33% after one year.
