Results of isolating some types of actinomycetes which are capable of generating strong extracellurar enzyme for manufacturing products treated for component residues in animal waste

Actinomycetes are widely used in a number of application. Of those, due to the ability of extracellular- enzyme secreting, Actinomycetes can be employed as a bio-preparation for environmental treatment. Research has studied and selected 02/14 species of aclinomycetes strains which were capable of creating cell-wall enzymes (protease, cellulose, amylase), in condition of pH = 7 and temperature from 300c to 450C. They grew best on medium having carbon source was glucose and nitrogen source was meat peptone and soybean powder. They also made best, enzymes on CMC medium. Actinomycetes strains were capable of inhibiting pathogenic micro-organisms, not antagonistic and suitable for manufacturing products that using for treating component residues of animal waste.
