Effect of grown stimulated substances for rapid multiplication of Zingiber officinale Roscoe

The segments of apical buds and axillary buds of vegetative shoots separating from Zingiber officinale Roscoe were sterilize with 0.1% HgCl2 solution in 10 minutes and showed living rate to 82,22% samples. These segments could generate and increa.se the number of shoots when cultures in test tube or in flasks with MS medium supplemented with …and different concentration of BA (ranging from 0 to 2 mg). After 20 days of culture, the medium containing the best BA with NAA (from 0 to 0.5 mg) showed the highest number of shoots. However, the best medium for the development of shoots contained the formed young shoots were than separates and transferred to MS medium with 0,5 mg/l NAA for root formation; 30 days after were transferred to the nursery garden.
