Currently, sharply increasing interest in the psychological problems of ethnic linguistic level, considering the language as a reflection of social and cultural reality present in the cultural tradition as his, and studied the people. Modern answers to the questions, what to teach and how to teach, methodology and didactics of foreign language teaching is looking for based on studies analyzing the relation of language, speech and thinking, thinking and communication, cognitive and communicative in speech, etc. The principle of variability, enshrined in the national education, allows secondary educational institutions to choose any model of the pedagogical process, including copyrights. In these circumstances, foreign language teachers have a certain freedom to create, freedom of choice and innovative models of learning technologies that are essential to modern educational process.
