Classification, sequence alignment and analysis of 3D structure of collagen and fibronectin in human being using machine learning
2015
Iftikhar, A.
Fibronectin is a highly flexible protein in tissue and many tissues in the body shape after stretching or contracting allows you to restart. Collagen is the main structural protein of connective tissues in animals. As the main component of connective tissue, whole body protein content up to 35% to 25%, it is the most abundant protein in mammals. The proposed study will be classification, sequence alignment and analysis of 3D structure of Fibronectin and collagen in Human body. Especially a large biological database of a protein sequence classification plays an important role in research will also offer detailed information on the atomic level in the 3D interactive networks. This system will be made in MATLAB by using machine learning techniques. Fibronectin-protein and Collagen-protein used for contraction and expansion of muscles. Current study will apply machine learning techniques for classification, protein structure modeling and regression task of Fibronectin-protein and Collagen-protein. The technique will be used in this research combine machine learning and pattern discovery methods to develop a protein prediction procedure in relation to its functional class.
