the article discusses current childbirth and the postpartum period in cows with the use of homeopathic drug Cimactinum. It is found that the use of the drug Cimactinum shortens the course of labor in cows compared with the control in 1.87 hours. Involution of the body and horns of the uterus in animals of the experimental group ended at 11.35 day before. Violations of the involutional processes of repro-productive organs from cows of the control group who did not enter drug Cimactinum 20% more than in animals of the experimental group. It is revealed that the use of the drug Cimactinum improves the morphofunctional status of an organism of cows that supported by the director of the hematological and biochemical blood parameters. The use of homeopathic drug Cimactinum for 25-30 days before the birth helped to increase insemination of cows and to reduce the number of days of infertility. The use of this drug ecologically safe and allows to use the milk without any restrictions.
