a single-bud explants was excised from a shoot of the grape of three varieties (Sauvinion green, Shardone and Podarok Magaracha) and germinated on agarized Murashige-Skoog medium in vitro supplemented with 6-benzyl aminopurine and α-naphthalene acetic acid. The pruning treatment seemed to benefit the flowering and the subsequent fruiting as the plant bore a single berries.
