the present paper shows the effect of growth regulators Biodux, AgroStimul and fertilizers Siliplant, EcoFus on yield of cucumber and disease resistance which were studied in the spring film greenhouses. A stimulating effect of the studied preparations was manifested in the accumulation of photosynthetic pigments in the leaves of cucumber, as well as in the stabilization of processes of growth and development of plants, activation of defense reactions. Under the influence of Biodux, AgroStimul, Siliplant and EcoFus the yield of cucumber was 13,3%, 11,2%, 15,3%, 12,2% above the control accordingly.
