Сhange in the immune status of carp in determining lerneosis resistance | Динамика иммунного статуса карпов при определении устойчивости к лернеозу

English. The aim of the article was searching for actual methods of preventing the incidence of carp fish by Lernea. The research was carried out from May to August. We examined the fingerlings and two-year-old intraspecific groups of scaly and mirror carp. Two factors were determined in the studies: the dynamics of hemagglutinins and the system of nonspecific inactivation of pathogens - lysozyme. Immunophysiological studies were carried out by serial dilution (SDM) and diffuse-gel (DGM) methods. When analyzing the distribution of immunophysiological factors in the lymphoid organs of two intraspecific carp groups' fingerlings, a marker was revealed to indicate the resistance of fish to Lernea. With SDM in the primordial kidney of stable and susceptible to the disease carps, the difference in lysozyme concentration is 62%, in a case with DGM the difference in the organ is 57%. The primordial kidney of the intraspecific group of mirror carp is also an indicating organ in the development of protective reactions of the organism to Lernea. SDM shows a decrease in lysozyme titer by 85% and identifies the fingerlings as a risky group for the disease under study. With DGM, the amount of lysozyme is also below the norm by 81%. To less extent, the head kidney and spleen are the indicator organs that make it possible to determine the resistance of carp fingerlings to Lernea. Therefore, for carps used in aquaculture, a marker of reducing fish resistance to Lernea, depending on the method of investigation, is a decrease in the amount of lysozyme in the primordial kidney by 3% and 7%, respectively. As a test object for Lernea prevention it is recommended to use the primordial kidney participating in forming an immune response against this disease.

Russian. Целью работы - поиск актуальных методов профилактики заболеваемости карповых рыб лернеозом. В период с мая по август исследовали сеголетков и двухлетков внутривидовых групп карпа чешуйчатого и зеркального. Определяли динамику гемагглютининов и систему неспецифической инактивации патогенов – лизоцима. Иммунофизиологические исследования проведены методами серийных разведении (МСР) и диффузногелевого исследования (ДГИ). При анализе распределения иммунофизиологических факторов в лимфоидных органах сеголетков двух внутривидовых групп карпа выявлен маркерный показатель для индикации устойчивости рыб к лернеозу. При МСР в туловищной почке у устойчивых и подверженных заболеванию карпов разница в концентрации лизоцима 62%, при ДГИ в этом органе обнаруживается разница 57%. У внутривидовой группы зеркального карпа туловищная почка также является индикаторным органом при становлении защитных реакций организма к лернеозу. МСР показывает снижение титра лизоцима на 85% и определяет сеголетков в группу риска по изучаемому заболеванию. При ДГИ количество лизоцима также ниже нормы на 81%. В меньшей мере индикаторными органами, позволяющими определить устойчивость сеголеток карпа к лернеозу, являются головная почка и селезенка. Следовательно, для карпов, используемых в аквакультуре, маркерным показателем снижения устойчивости рыб к лернеозу, в зависимости от метода исследований является снижение количества лизоцима в туловищной почке на 3% и 7% соответственно. В качестве тест-объекта для профилактики лернеоза рекомендуется использовать туловищную почку, активно участвующую в образовании иммунного ответа против этого заболевания.
