The use of selenium preparations when growing muscovy ducks in the area with a lack of selenium | Использование селеносодержащих препаратов при выращивании мускусных уток в зоне с недостатком селена

English. Investigations were realized in 2017 in of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The content of selenium in the soils of the region is on the lower limit of normal. In the similar zones it is necessary to use selenium complex preparations which, because of its pronounced antioxidant effect, promote normal growth and development of animals, the prevention of pathologies associated with a lack of this trace element and immunodeficiency. The aim of this work is to study the effect of Solvimin Selenium and Selemag drugs on the growth and development of animals that are contained in natural conditions with a lack of selenium. The ducklings after hatching were divided into three groups of 20 birds in each group. From the first day of the postembryonic development at 70 days of age they were fed with Solvimin Selenium and Selemag drugs according to the instructions. In this work was used organometric, histological, histochemical, ultrastructural and cytometric methods of morphological analysis. It was confirmed that the high biological activity of Solvimin Selenium drug in the application in the first weeks of post-embryonic development, whereas the action of the Selemag drug manifested later. To accelerate the growth and development of ducklings, stimulation of the formation of the internal organs and central organs of the immune system, preventing immune deficiency it is advisable to use selenium drugs from the first days after hatching. It is recommended to use Solvimin Selenium with drinking water at a dose of 0.5 g of the powder of the preparation per 1 liter of water for 7 days. Selemag is to give a dose of 1 ml per 100 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days. Subsequent weaning is to repeat every 10 days. Solvimin Selenium has a more efficient effect on the growth of the muscovy ducks, the development of the liver and the immune system of poultry.

Russian. Исследования проводились в 2017 г. в Республике Башкортостан. Содержание селена в почвах региона находится на нижней границе нормы. В подобных зонах необходимо использовать комплексные селеносодержащие препараты, которые, благодаря своему выраженному антиоксидантному действию, способствуют нормальному росту и развитию животных, профилактике патологий, связанных с недостатком этого микроэлемента, и иммунодефицитов. Цель работы - изучить влияние препаратов Солвимин Селен и Селемаг на рост и развитие птиц, содержащихся в природных условиях, с недостатком селена. Утята после вылупления были разделены на три группы по 20 птиц в каждой. С первого дня постэмбрионального развития по 70-суточный возраст им выпаивались препараты Солвимин Селен и Селемаг согласно инструкциям. В работе использовали органометрические, гистологические, гистохимические, ультраструктурные и цитометрические методы морфологического анализа. Подтверждена высокая биологическая активность препарата Солвимин Селен при применении уже в первые недели постэмбрионального развития, тогда как действие препарата Селемаг проявляется позднее. Для ускорения роста и развития утят, стимуляции формирования внутренних органов и центральных органов иммунной системы, профилактики иммунного дефицита целесообразно применять селеносодержащие препараты с первых дней после вылупления. Солвимин Селен рекомендовано выпаивать с питьевой водой в дозе 0,5 г порошка препарата на 1 л воды в течение 7 дней, Селемаг давать в дозе 1 мл препарата на 100 л питьевой воды в течение 3-5 дней. Последующие выпойки повторять через каждые 10 дней. Солвимин Селен оказывает более эффективное действие на рост мускусных уток, развитие печени и иммунной системы птицы.
