Influence of natural adsorbents for accumulation of heavy metals in soy grain | Влияние природных адсорбентов на аккумуляцию тяжелых металлов в зерне сои

English. The purpose of the research is the decrease in the accumulation of heavy metals in the grain of soybean variety Samer 3 due to the action of natural adsorbents silica clay, manure and charcoal were used for cultivating –soybean in the forest-steppe zone of Samara Volga region in doses of 50 kg/ha, 40 t/ha anf 50 kg/ha, respectivelyThe influence of adsorbents on heavy metals content of lead Pb, cadmium Cd, copper Cu, zinc Zn, cobalt Co, manganese Mn, iron Fe in soil and soybean was identified. The application of adsorbents influences the contamination of soil with heavy metals and allows limiting their access to the plants and finished products. In the soil if you make the studied adsorbents reduced the content of total forms compared to the control: Cd 1.15%, Cu 1.06-1.1 times; the mobile forms of Cd, Cu, Co and Mn – 1.04, 1.39, 1.001 and 1.09 times, respectively. In comparison with the control the introduction of the flask reduces the con-centration in the grain Pb, Cd, Zn and Fe 1.31, 1,13, 1,15 and 1,16%, respectively, of manure – the concentration of Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Fe, introducing charcoal – concentration of Cd, Zn and Fe 1.34; of 1.12 and 1.1 times, respectively. All the studied heavy metals Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Co, Fe, Mn relate to scattering (the concentration coefficient is less than 0.9) and by the values of the coefficients of biological absorption they are classified as biological capture elements – (in every case is less than 1). Manure is the most effective adsorbent reducing the content in soil of gross and mobile forms of most of the studied heavy metals as well as preventing their occurence in grain.

Russian. Цель исследований – снижение аккумуляции тяжелых металлов в зерне сои сорта Самер 3 за счет действия природных адсорбентов. Опоку, навоз и древесный уголь использовали при возделывании сои в лесостепной зоне Самарского Заволжья в дозах 50 кг/га, 40 т/га и 50 кг/га соответственно. Было установлено влияние адсорбентов на содержание тяжелых металлов свинца Pb, кадмия Cd, меди Cu, цинка Zn, кобальта Co, марганца Mn, железа Fe в почве и зерне сои. Внесение адсорбентов оказывает воздействие на зараженность почвы тяжелыми металлами и позволяет ограничить их доступ в растения и готовую продукцию. В почве при внесении изученных адсорбентов снижается содержание валовых форм по сравнению с контролем: Cd в 1,15 раза, Cu в 1,06-1,1 раза; подвижных форм Cd, Cu, Co и Mn – в 1,04, 1,39, 1,001 и 1,09 раза соответственно. В сравнении с контролем внесение опоки снижает концентрацию в зерне Pb, Cd, Zn и Fe в 1,31, 1,13, 1,15 и 1,16 раза соответственно, внесение навоза – концентрацию Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Fe, внесение древесного угля – концентрацию Cd, Zn и Fe в 1,34; 1,12 и 1,1 раза соответственно. Все изученные тяжелые металлы (Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Co, Fe, Mn) относятся к рассеивающимся (коэффициент концентрации меньше 0,9), а по значению коэффициентов биологического поглощения (во всех случаях меньше 1) классифицируются как элементы биологического захвата. Наиболее эффективным адсорбентом, снижающим содержание в почве валовых и подвижных форм большинства изучаемых тяжелых металлов, а также предотвращающим их попадание в зерно, является навоз.
