Introduction of rare species of Sverdlovsk region flora, which are promising for practical use | Интродукция редких видов флоры Свердловской области, перспективных для практического использования

English. 138 species of plants included in various Red Books grow in the botanical garden of the Urals Federal University. Along with solution of the problem of saving and preserving rare species in conservation areas, attention should be paid to the large resource potential of these plants of this group. About 100 species of cultivated rare plants can be recommended for using in landscape design, 56 species have the medicinal value, fodder and food value is marked for 11 and 8 species, respectively, 5 species can be used as industrial crops. 36 species Magnoliophyta from Red data book of the Sverdlovsk region are cultivated in the botanical garden. Lathyrus litvinovii Iljin, Linum boreale Juz. and Flox sibirica Lhave category I (dangerous species). 5 species from the botanical garden collection are decreasing in number and have category II. Category III includes 28 species. As a result of many years of research in the Botanical Garden the introduction potential and the biological characteristics of rare medicinal plants of the local flora have been studied in detail for following species: Paeonia anomala L., Adonis vernalis L. and Digitalis grandiflora Mill. The prospects of cultivation and the further use of these species are shown. The most important way to save the species exterminated in nature is to cultivate them. The introduction of rare and plants in need of protection is carried out in the botanical garden of the Ural Federal University from the date of its foundation to the present time.

Russian. В ботаническом саду Уральского Федерального университета произрастает 138 видов растений, включенных в Красные книги разного уровня. Наряду с решением задачи спасения и сохранения редких видов на охраняемых территориях, следует обратить внимание на большой ресурсный потенциал растений этой группы. Для использования в различных элементах озеленения могут быть рекомендованы около 100 видов, лекарственную ценность имеют 56 видов, кормовая и пищевая ценность отмечена, соответственно, для 11 и 8 видов, в качестве технических возможно использование 5 видов. В коллекции сада выращивается 36 видов цветковых растений из Красной книги Свердловской области. Категорию I (вид, находящийся под угрозой исчезновения) имеют: Lathyrus litvinovii Iljin - чина Литвинова; Linum boreale Juz. - лен северный; Phlox sibirica L. - флокс сибирский. Категорию II (вид с сокращающейся численностью) имеют 5 видов из состава коллекции. К категории III (редкий вид) относятся 28 видов. В результате многолетних исследований в ботаническом саду подробно изучены интродукционный потенциал и биологические особенности редких лекарственных растений местной флоры: Paeonia anomala L., Adonis vernalis L. и Digitalis grandiflora Mill. Показана перспективность выращивания в культуре и дальнейшего использования указанных видов. Важнейшим способом спасения истребляемых в природе видов является их выращивание в условиях культуры. Интродукция редких и нуждающихся в охране растений проводится в ботаническом саду УрФУ с момента его основания до настоящего времени.
