Dynamics of indexes of protein metabolism in the organism of heifers on the background of the use of the probiotic preparation | Динамика показателей белкового обмена в организме телочек на фоне применения пробиотического препарата

English. Presented are data on the study of the protein blood spectrum of the calves of the early postnatal period under the conditions of the technogenic agroecosphere against the background of the probiotic preparation (PP) "MUZINOL"-extra. PP, enriched in chitosan, promotes increasing the total protein content by 40.78 and 40.71% (p less than 0.001) and the albumin fraction by 54.76 and 55.12% (p less than 0.001) against the background of decreasing the globulin fraction. By the end of the experiment (three months of age) occurs an increase in the concentration of gamma-globulins by 42.07 (control) (p less than 0.001), 80.44 (2nd group) (p less than 0.001) and 65.40% (3rd group) (p less than 0.001) in comparison with the initial indicators. The established changes in the dynamics of gamma-globulins testify to the immune-mediated effect of PP established in heifers by stabilizing and optimizing the function of normal intestinal microflora. The use of the PP had a significant effect on the activity of aspartate aminotransferase in the blood of experimental heifers. Thus, at the age of 30 days (the 20th day of the experiment), the concentration of aspartate aminotransferase in the blood of the heifers of the 2nd and 3rd groups were 1396.13 and 1401.06 nkat/l, respectively, which is 5.17 and 5.75% (p not more than 0.05) above the initial level. Later, the detected dynamic was preserved, and by the 90th day of the experiment the concentration of aspartate aminotransferase reached 1449.21 (2nd group) and 1456.28 nkat/l (3rd group), which is by 5.13 and 5.65% (p not more than 0.05) higher than the reference indicator. There were no significant differences in the activity of alanine aminotransferase in the blood serum of the animals of the 2nd and 3rd groups. In the heifers of the control group, a gradual increase in the activity of alanine aminotransferase occurred throughout the experimental period. The obtained data on the study of individual biochemical parameters of the heifers show that the use of the PP enriched in chitosan has a positive effect on the state of protein metabolism of young cattle of the preweaning period under conditions of technogenesis.

Представлены данные по изучению белкового спектра крови телочек раннего постнатального периода развития в условиях техногенной агроэкосферы на фоне применения пробиотического препарата "МУЦИНОЛ"-экстра (ПП). ПП, обогащенный хитозаном, способствует увеличению содержания общего белка на 40,78 и 40,71% (р меньше 0,001) и альбуминовой фракции – на 54,76 и 55,12% (р меньше 0,001) на фоне снижения глобулиновой фракции. К концу опыта (трехмесячному возрасту) происходит увеличение концентрации гамма-глобулинов на 42,07 (контроль) (р меньше 0,001), 80,44 (2-я группа) (р меньше 0,001) и 65,40% (3-я группа) (р меньше 0,001) по сравнению с исходными показателями. Установленные изменения в динамике гамма-глобулинов свидетельствуют об установленном у телочек иммунообусловленном эффекте ПП посредством стабилизации и оптимизации функции нормальной кишечной микрофлоры. Применение ПП оказало значительное влияние на активность аспартатаминотрансферазы в крови подопытных телочек. Так, в 30-дневном возрасте (20-й день опыта) концентрации аспартатаминотрансферазы в крови телочек 2-й и 3-й групп составили 1396,13 и 1401,06 нкат/л соответственно, что на 5,17 и 5,75% (р не более 0,05) выше исходного уровня. В дальнейшем выявленная динамика сохранилась, и к 90-му дню опыта концентрация аспартатаминотрансферазы достигла уровня 1449,21 (2-я группа) и 1456,28 нкат/л (3-я группа), что на 5,13 и 5,65% (р не более 0,05) выше контрольных показателей. Достоверных различий по активности аланинаминотрансферазы в сыворотке крови животных 2-й и 3-й групп выявлено не было. У телочек контрольной группы происходило постепенное увеличение активности аланинаминотрансферазы в течение всего опытного периода. Полученные данные по изучению отдельных биохимических показателей телочек свидетельствуют о том, что применение ПП, обогащенного хитозаном, оказывает положительное влияние на состояние белкового обмена молодняка крупного рогатого скота молочного периода выращивания в условиях техногенеза.
