Morphological and biochemical composition of blood in early post-partum cows when feeding a complex of biologically active substances | Морфологический и биохимический состав крови новотельных коров при скармливании комплекса биологически активных веществ

The article focuses on the assessment of changes in morphological and biochemical parameters of blood for 50 days of lactation against the background of the use in the diet biologically active substances (BAS) complex with antioxidant properties including the following components: feed sulfur, magnesium, copper, manganese, zinc, selenium, vitamins А, E, H, C and succinic acid. The experiment was carried out in two age groups of early post-partum cows: 2-4 lactations (n=14), 5 and more lactations (n=16). In each group experimental and control animals were assigned. Cows under the experiment fed with BAS complex at a dose of 38.6 g per day per animal starting immediately after calving, and for 20 days. The influence of the studied complex on the character of involution processes in the genitals of early post-partum cows and the subsequent normalization of the reproductive function was analyzed. Inclusion of the BAS complex into the diet of the experimental groups would reduce the number of white blood cells during the study period from 7.11 to 5.61x10E9/l (21%) in the first experimental group and from 6.60 to 6.33x10E9/l (4%) in the second one, and lower aspartate aminotransferase activity from 115.00 to 72.50 U/l (36%) and from 79.33 to 60.33 U/l (24%) in the first and second experimental groups respectively. Later it had a positive impact on reproductive performance. The duration of the period from calving to the first insemination was 3.7 and 6.7 days shorter in comparison with the control in the first and second experimental groups, respectively. The best result on animal fertilization was achieved in the experimental group of 2-4 lactation cows, where the reduction of the service period and the interval between calving was 41.0 and 44.7 days, respectively.

Представлена оценка морфо-биохимических показателей крови коров в динамике за 50 дней лактации на фоне использования в рационе комплекса биологически активных веществ (БАВ) с антиоксидантными свойствами, включающего следующие компоненты: сера кормовая, магний, медь, марганец, цинк, селен, витамины A, E, H, C и янтарная кислота. Опыт проведен на двух возрастных группах новотельных коров: 2-4 лактации (n=14), 5 и более лактаций (n=16). В каждой выделили опытных и контрольных животных. Опытным коровам сразу после отела в течение 20 дней скармливали комплекс БАВ в дозе 38,6 г/гол/сут. Проанализировано влияние исследуемого комплекса на характер течения инволюционных процессов в половых органах новотельных коров и последующую нормализацию воспроизводительной функции. Включение в рацион опытных групп комплекса БАВ способствовало сокращению количества лейкоцитов за исследуемый период с 7,11 до 5,61х10E9/л (21%) в первой опытной группе и с 6,60 до 6,33х10E9/л (4%) во второй, а также снижению активности аспартатаминотрансферазы с 115,00 до 72,50 Ед/л (36%) и с 79,33 до 60,33 Ед/л (24%) в первой и второй опытных группах соответственно, что в дальнейшем положительно отразилось на показателях воспроизводства. Продолжительность периода от отела до первого осеменения была на 3,7 и 6,7 дня короче в сравнении с контролем в первой и второй опытных группах соответственно. Лучший результат по оплодотворяемости животных достигнут в опытной группе коров 2-4 лактации, где сокращение сервис-периода и интервала между отелами составило 41,0 и 44,7 дней соответственно.
