Increase of structural strength of working bodies of tillage machines | Повышение конструкционной прочности рабочих органов почвообрабатывающих машин

English. The analysis of published materials shows that constructions with an overlaid chisel are the most common due to the solidity of the bow with extra detail (chisel), providing increased strength to this zone. The force influence of soil environment on the front surface of the forward part of the blade has been analyzed. Showed that in most cases, the failures of the tines due to breakage and deformations occur in the zone of the forward part and the first mounting holes of the blade. In accordance to the elasticity theory, the first mounting hole is a fulcrum of a cantilever, which arm extends from the first mounting hole to the blade perpendicular to the line of dangerous section. In respect to the forward part of the blade, cantilever beam has the form of a triangle with the continuously increasing magnitude of the cross section from the blade to the first mounting hole, so the failure can occur anywhere along the arm line regardless of its length. Found that the shoe plough bodies, where all the mounting holes are located on the same line, a bit on the blade side edges is made parallel to the field edge the forward part durability increases, but this reduces the strength of the zones of the first mounting holes due to the occurrence of additional forces, creating in addition to bending, more torque from the pressure of the soil. Showed that to enhance the strength of shield in the area of the first fixing holes, the trim bit must be positioned so that the line passing along the lateral faces of the bit divided it into equal two parts in size and shape, passed through the first mounting hole perpendicularly to the dangerous section and crossed the mounting holes of the bit to the core of the blade. Then the force producing bending moment on the mounting point of the console that is in the first mounting hole will act only on one line, perpendicular to the line of the critical section. That would increase the stiffness in the zone of dangerous section near the first mounting holes, as the actions of other additional forces from the soil will be minimized.

Russian. Наибольшее применение получили конструкции с накладным долотом вследствие монолитности носовой части с дополнительной деталью (долотом), обеспечивающей повышенную прочность этой зоны. Проведен анализ силового воздействия почвенной среды на лицевую поверхность носовой части лемеха (ЛМ). В большинстве случаев отказы ЛМ из-за поломок и деформаций происходят в зоне носка и первого крепежного отверстия (ПКО). В соответствии с теорией упругости ПКО представляет собой точку опоры консольной балки, плечо которой проходит от ПКО до лезвия перпендикулярно линии опасного сечения. Применительно к носовой части ЛМ консольная балка имеет вид треугольника с непрерывно увеличивающейся величиной поперечного сечения от лезвия к ПКО, поэтому поломки могут происходить в любом месте по линии плеча вне зависимости от его длины. Установлено, что на башмаке плужных корпусов, где все крепежные отверстия располагаются на одной линии, при установке долота на ЛМ с боковыми гранями, выполненными параллельно линии полевого обреза, возрастает прочность носка, но при этом снижается прочность зоны ПКО по причине возникновения дополнительной силы, создающей помимо изгибающего, еще крутящий момент от давления почвы. Показано, что для усиления прочности ЛМ в зоне ПКО накладное долото необходимо расположить таким образом, чтобы линия, проходящая вдоль боковых граней долота, делила его на равные две части по площади и форме, проходила через ПКО перпендикулярно опасному сечению и пересекала отверстия крепления долота к остову ЛМ. Тогда силы, создающие изгибающий момент на точке крепления консоли, то есть на ПКО, будут действовать только на одной линии, перпендикулярно к линии опасного сечения. Тем самым повысится жесткость в зоне опасного сечения вблизи ПКО, так как действия других дополнительных сил со стороны почвы будут сведены к минимуму.
