Agent technologies for modelling large AIC systems | Агентные технологии моделирования больших систем АПК

English. The concept and the possibility of multimedia simulation modeling of big active systems with the example of multiagent model of the meat-processing enterprise (MPE) of AIC are shown. Dynamics of model behavior is shown in discrete and event description of temporal and conditional state changes of the material flows of arrival and processing of raw materials, storage and product sales with car service in the discrete moments of time. The length of the line to the rails and the wait time of a car is a criterion for evaluation of MPE operation. The results of the simulation modeling are collected and provided in the form of temporal diagrams of changes in production efficiency indices of MPE depending on the parameters of a status and interaction of elements of its logical system. The situation when a lot of products of primary cattle processing passes through cooling room of MPE, and its subsequent cooling, freezing and placing in the storage rooms is shown as an example. In this example the service for the line from 4 cars is provided in the first 360 min as well as for the ones arriving again without formation of the line before the 360th min. Then, in case of increase in the number of orders, the line expands to 18 cars (the 1620th min). After that the constant service is provided for cars for 180 min without taking new requests therefore their number in the line dramatically decreases. Thus, the assessment of the results of modeling allows to find optimum control modes for the material flows of MPE, to achieve its paced work, to prevent violation of production cycles, to minimize the criterion of the deviation of the given products structure and downtime of cars with orders of the trading organizations.

Russian. Рассмотрена концепция и возможность мультимедийного имитационного моделирования больших активных систем на примере мультиагентной модели мясоперерабатывающего предприятия (МПП) АПК. Динамика поведения модели отражается дискретно-событийным описанием временных и условных событий изменения состояния материальных потоков поступления и переработки сырья, хранения и реализации продукции с обслуживанием автомобилей (АВ) в дискретные моменты времени. Критерием оценки работы МПП является длина очереди перед рампами и время ожидания АВ. Результаты имитационного моделирования накапливаются и предоставляются в виде временных графиков изменения показателей эффективности производственной деятельности МПП в зависимости от параметров состояния и взаимодействия элементов его логической системы. В качестве примера рассмотрена ситуация, при которой осуществляется прохождение партии продукции первичной переработки скота в остывочном отделении МПП, с последующим ее охлаждением, замораживанием и помещением в камеры хранения. В разбираемом примере в течение первых 360 мин происходит обслуживание ранее существовавшей очереди из 4 АВ и АВ, поступающих вновь без накопления очереди до 360-й мин. В дальнейшем, при увеличении интенсивности поступления заказов, очередь возрастает до 18 АВ (1620-я мин). Далее, в течение 180 мин происходит непрерывное обслуживание АВ без новых заявок, в результате чего их количество в очереди резко снижается. Т.о., оценка результатов моделирования позволяет найти оптимальные режимы управления материальными потоками МПП, добиться его ритмичной работы, предотвратить нарушение производственных циклов, минимизировать критерий отклонения заданной структуры ассортимента и время простоя машин с заказами торгующих организаций.
