Use of dietary supplement of elamine in health nutrition

It was shown that the dietary additive of elamin produced domestically of brown seaweed of lami- naria has the antioxidative, radioprotective and adaptive properties. Elamin replenishes the organism by macro- and micronutrients, effects positively on its hematologic pa- rameters and normalizes hormonal state of men after the combined influence on it of ionizing irradiation (2.0 Gy) and stress. Elamin is recommended for use as the compo- nent of dietary and sanitary rations to increase resistance of the organism to influence of ionizing irradiation and stress. The concentrate of elamin is permitted for use by the Ministry of Protection of Health of Ukraine as a dietary additive to rations of adults and children. The daily norm of consumption of concentrate of elamin by adults is of 1.0 gram,and for children – of 0.5 gram.
