Change of pigment exchange indexes in treatment of cows affected by chronic hepatosis | Изменение показателей пигментного обмена при лечении коров, больных хроническим гепатозом

English. The purpose of the research is to study the influence of the preparations "Hepatoject" and "Gabivit-Se" on the indices of pigment exchange in cows with chronic hepatosis. There were formed 4 groups of animals: control (12 heads and 3 experimental groups (10 heads in each group). The control group did not receive a treatment. The animals of experimental group 1 received "Hepatoject" (100 ml daily for 5 days), of experimental group 2 - "Gabivit-Se" 20 ml on the 1, 8 and 31-st days of the experiment)and experimental group 3 received both drugs "Hepatoject" (50 ml) and "Gabivit-Se" (20 ml on the 1, 8 and 31-st days of the experiment). The use of combined treatment made it possible to reduce the concentration of total bilirubin in serum in the animals of the 3-d experimental group by 36.4% by the 75th day (P less than 0.001), which is also the best result and proves the greatest effectiveness of the combined use of the drugs. Cows of I and II experimental groups also had a significant decrease in the concentration of total bilirubin in the blood by 16.1% (P less than 0.01) and 13.9% (P less than 0.05), respectively, by 16.1% (P less 0.01). Thus, when analyzing the clinical and biochemical data obtained in this study, it is determined that the combined administration of the drugs "Hepatoject" and "Gabivit-Se" allows to significantly reduce the concentration of total and bound bilirubin in the serum of cows with hepatosis. This indicates that with the restoration ofhepatocytes, a more complete capture of pigment metabolism products from the blood and their release in direct form from the hepatocyte into the bile ducts occur.

Russian. Цель исследования - изучить влияние препаратов "Гепатоджект" и "Габивит-Se" на показатели пигментного обмена у коров, больных хроническим гепатозом. Были сформированы 4 группы животных: контрольная (12 гол.) и 3 опытных (по 10 гол. в каждой). Контрольная группа лечения не получала. Животные I опытной группы получали "Гепатоджект" (100 мл ежедневно 5 дн. подряд), II подопытная группа - "Габивит-Se" (20 мл на 1, 8 и 31-й дни опыта), к III подопытной группе применяли оба препарата ("Гепатоджект" 50 мл и "Габивит-Se" 20 мл.) на 1, 8 и 31-й дни опыта Применение комбинированного лечения позволило снизить концентрацию общего билирубина в сыворотке крови у животных III подопытной группы к 75-у дню на 36,4 % (Р меньше 0,001), что является лучшим результатом и доказывает высокую эффективность сочетанного применения препаратов. У коров I и II подопытных групп также наблюдали достоверное снижение концентрации общего билирубина в крови к 75-у дню на 16,1% (Р меньше 0,01) и 13,9% (Р меньше 0,05) соответственно. Таким образом, при анализе клинико-биохимических данных, полученных в исследовании, определено, что сочетанное введение препаратов "Гепатоджект" и "Габивит-Se" позволяет значительно снизить концентрацию общего и связанного билирубина в сыворотке крови больных гепатозом коров. Это свидетельствует о том, что при восстановлении гепатоцитов происходит более полный захват продуктов пигментного обмена из крови и их выделение в прямой форме из гепатоцита в желчные протоки.
