Complex evaluation of the long-term application of mineral fertilizers in corn agrocenosis under conditions of the Central Black soil regions | Комплексная оценка длительного применения минеральных удобрений в агроценозах кукурузы в условиях Центрального Черноземья

English. There are given longstanding research results of the influence of long-term application of mineral fertilizers on productivity (green forage, dry substance, grain) of corn in a monoculture and a crop rotation for 5 rotations of ten-field crop rotation. The high efficiency of fertilizers was achieved in the variant N60P60K60, where the average annual productivity of green forage, dry substance and grain exceeded the control in the crop rotation by 33.6, 39.4 and 37.7%, respectively, in monoculture - by 45.7, 48.0 and 47.0% for yields on an unfertilized background in crop rotation 26.2, 6.42 and 3.42 t/ha, in monoculture 22.1, 5.65 and 2.81 t/ha. 3 aspects of the corn agrocenoses stability are analyzed depending on the place of its cultivation and agrochemical background: yield, agrochemical properties (primarily maintenance of carbon stability), and preservation of the biodiversity of the microbial coenosis. The determination of carbon content in black soil showed that in the 0-80 cm of soil layer it remained at a very high level over a long period of time from 270 to 287 tons of C/ha along all studied experiment variants and did not differ significantly between each other, which indicates high organic matter stability of the given soil. It was established for the first time that the crop rotation did not exert a specific influence on the structure of the microbial assemblage in the corn rhizosphere. The introduction of a full mineral fertilization has a positive effect on the diversity and balance of microbiological processes in the corn rhizosphere. The high adaptive potential of the specific multi-species microbial assemblage has been established that is formed under the monoculture of corn, and which makes it possible to speak of its counteraction to soil fatigue.

Приведены результаты многолетних исследований по изучению влияния длительного применения минеральных удобрений на продуктивность кукурузы (зеленая масса, сухое вещество, зерно) в монокультуре и в севообороте за 5 ротаций десятипольного севооборота. Высокая эффективность удобрений достигнута в варианте N60P60K60, где среднегодовая продуктивность по зеленой массе, сухому веществу и зерну превышала контроль в севообороте, соответственно, на 33,6, 39,4 и 37,7%, в монокультуре на 45,7, 48,0 и 47,0% при урожайности на неудобренном фоне в севообороте 26,2, 6,42 и 3,42 т/га, в монокультуре 22,1, 5,65 и 2,81 т/га. Проанализировано 3 аспекта устойчивости агроценозов кукурузы в зависимости от места ее выращивания и агрохимического фона: урожайность, агрохимические свойства (в первую очередь поддержание стабильности углерода) и сохранение биоразнообразия микробного ценоза. Определение содержания углерода в агрочерноземе показало, что его запасы в слое 0-80 см в течение длительного периода сохранились на очень высоком уровне – от 270 до 287 т С/га во всех исследованных вариантах опыта и достоверно не различались между собой, что свидетельствует о высокой устойчивости органического вещества данной почвы. Впервые установлено, что севооборот не оказывал специфического влияния на структуру микробного сообщества в ризосфере кукурузы. Внесение полного минерального удобрения оказывало положительное влияние на разнообразие и сбалансированность микробиологических процессов в ризосфере кукурузы. Установлен высокий адаптивный потенциал сформировавшегося под монокультурой кукурузы специфического многовидового микробного сообщества, что позволяет говорить о его противодействии почвоутомлению.
