English. The results of developing a technical project and software documentation for the Agro-Hall internet platform in the Central Scientific Agricultural Library (CSAL) have been considered. The purpose of the research was to create conditions for forming an Internet portal, where a user will be able to acquire the fullest information on institutions and organizations in agriculture of the Russian Federation, their activities and information products. The relevance of the work is determined by much information disseminated in different sites and the user's requirement of organized and processed information. The technical project comprises a description of the Internet portal structure and the content of its sections, the softwares sustaining its operation and formation, query facilities and access conditions. The process of creating an internet platform, works carried out for the purpose of its content providing and maintaining it in the current status, selected technical solutions, main problems solved during this process are described. A conclusion is made that the technical project and software documentation allow creating Internet portal harvesting agriculture related information and rapidly acquiring various information on different aspects of the scientific component of the Russian Agro-Industrial Complex.

Russian. Рассмотрены результаты проведенной в Центральной научной с.-х. библиотеке разработки технического проекта и программной документации интернет-площадки "АгроХолл". Целью исследования являлось создание условий для формирования интернет-портала, где пользователь сможет получить максимум информации об учреждениях и организациях, занятых в сельском хозяйстве Российской Федерации, их деятельности и информационных продуктах. Актуальность работы определяется большим количеством информации, рассеянной по разным сайтам и потребностью пользователя в систематизированной и обработанной информации. Технический проект включает описание структуры интернет-портала и содержания его разделов, программного обеспечения, поддерживающего его функционирование и формирование, средств поиска и условий доступа. Описаны процесс создания интернет-площадки, работы, проводимые с целью ее информационного наполнения и поддержания в актуальном состоянии, выбранные технические решения, решенные в ходе процесса проблемы. Сделан вывод, что технический проект и программная документация позволяют создать интернет-портал, объединяющий информацию, относящуюся к сельскому хозяйству, и быстро получить разнообразную информацию по различным аспектам научной составляющей АПК России.
