The interphase period of shoots – earing of spring triticale | Межфазный период "всходы – колошение" у яровых тритикале

English. The work presents the results of the study of forms and hybrids of spring triticale by the trait specified as the number of days from shooting to earing carried out in 2012, 2014 and 2017 under the conditions of the forest-steppe of the Novosibirsk region. From the world collection of The N.I. Vavilov All-Russian Research Institute of Plant Genetic Resources, there were selected 5 sources of early maturity with an average duration of the interphase period of shoots-ears 35-37 days, which are recommended for use in further breeding work to create early varieties of wheat-rye amphiploids in the forest-steppe zone of Western Siberia. The results of the study demonstrated that in 2012, 2014 and 2017 the samples Presto/ /2*Tesmo 1 (к-3883), IRA-M2A (к-688), Skory (к-3745), Fahad 8-2*2//PTR... (k-3878) and POP-WG (к-3882) had the shortest interphase period. Among new samples there were marked Trl-216-78-01 (k-3991), LT-F6-540-4 (k-3992), LT-F6-544-4 (k-3993), LT-F6-544-6 (k-3994), LT-F6-546-2 (k-3995) and LT-F6-546-3 (k-3996), whose period from shooting to earing was 36-38 days in 2017. In the hybrid populations of the third generation of winter triticale, variety Sirs 57, and two spring collection samples, IRA-M2A (k-688) and Arsenal (k-3874), plants reaching the duration of the shoots-earing interphase period of thespring parental forms were not found. Spring triticale obtained in the offspring of spontaneous mutant spring plants isolated from populations of winter forms of amphiploids were characterized by a longer interphase period of shoots-earing (51-56 days) than the studied spring hexaploid samples. Four families of octaploid triticale had the longest period (62-72 days).

Представлены результаты изучения в 2012, 2014 и 2017 гг. в условиях лесостепи Новосибирской области форм и гибридов яровых тритикале по признаку "число дней от всходов до колошения растений". Из мировой коллекции ВИР выделено пять источников раннеспелости со средней продолжительностью межфазного периода "всходы – колошение" 35–37 сут, которые рекомендуется использовать в дальнейшей селекционной работе для создания раннеспелых сортов пшенично-ржаных амфиплоидов в лесостепной зоне Приобья Западной Сибири. Наиболее короткий этот межфазный период по результатам изучения в 2012, 2014 и 2017 гг. у образцов Presto//2*Tesmo 1 (k-3883), IRA-M2A (k-688), Скорый (k-3745), Fahad 8-2*2//PTR… (k-3878) и POP-WG (k-3882). Из новых образцов коллекции ВИР выделились Trl-216-78-01 (к-3991), Лт-F6-540-4 (к-3992), Лт-F6-544-4 (к-3993), Лт-F6-544-6 (к-3994), Лт-F6-546-2 (к-3995) и Лт-F6-546-3 (к-3996), у которых в 2017 г. период от всходов до колошения составил 36–38 дней. В популяциях гибридов третьего поколения озимого тритикале сорта Сирс 57 с двумя яровыми коллекционными образцами IRA-M2A (к-688) и Арсенал (к-3874) не найдено растений, достигающих продолжительности межфазного периода всходы – колошение отцовских яровых форм. Яровые тритикале, полученные в потомствах спонтанно возникших мутантных яровых растений, выделенных из популяций озимых форм амфиплоидов, характеризовались более длительным межфазным периодом "всходы – колошение" (51–56 сут), чем изученные коллекционные яровые гексаплоидные образцы. Наиболее длительным этот период (62–72 сут) был у четырех семей октаплоидных тритикале.
