The efficiency of application of biological preparations based on the Bacillus strain in the technology of growing dairy calves | Эффективность применения биопрепаратов на основе бактерий рода Bacillus в технологии выращивания молочных телят

The systematic usage of antibiotics in veterinary medicine and in feeding leads to the fact that many pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic bacteria become resistant to them, and bacterial diseases do not respond to the treatment. One of the main and effective ways out of the current situation may be the widespread use of probiotics in dairy cattle. The purpose of the research is to determine the comparative efficiency of sporogenous probiotics "Olin" and "Triolin" given veal Black-and-White calves. Three groups of calves at the age of 1.5 months were formed at one of the farms in the Oryol region, 6 heads in each group. The control group was fed with the main diet. The ration of experimental groups was supplemented with the probiotics in the dosage of 7 g/head for 20 days. Studies have shown that the use of both drugs has a positive effect on the growth of young animals and the microflora of the rumen. The average live weight of the calves of the experimental groups at the end of the experiment exceeded the control group by 1210 g (2%) with the addition of "Olin" and 910 g (1.4%) with the addition of "Triolin", respectively. The number of microorganisms in the rumen of the animals of the experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the control by 11% and 10%, respectively. In addition, based on the indices of animal blood, the probiotics did not have a negative effect on the body. The calculations of economic efficiency showed that the best results were obtained from the experimental group, whose diet included a probiotic "Olin", the profitability in comparison with the control group increased by 10.1%, it reached 16.7%.

Russian. Цель – сравнить эффективность спорогенных пробиотиков "Олин" и "Триолин" при скармливании молочным телятам черно-пестрой породы. В одном из хозяйств Орловской обл. были сформированы 3 группы телят в возрасте 1,5 месяцев по 6 голов в каждой. Контрольная группа получала основной рацион. Опытные группы вместе с рационом получали вышеуказанные пробиотики на протяжении 20 дней в дозировке 7 г/гол. в сутки. Исследования показали, что применение обоих препаратов оказывает положительное влияние на рост молодняка и микрофлору рубца. Средняя живая масса телят опытных группы на конец опыта превосходила контрольную на 1210 г (2%) при добавлении "Олина" и на 910 г (1,4%) при добавлении "Триолина" соответственно. Количество микроорганизмов в рубце животных опытных групп были достоверно выше контроля на 11% и 10% соответственно. Судя по показателям крови животных, отрицательного воздействия на организм пробиотики не оказали. Расчеты экономической эффективности показали, что наилучшие результаты были получены от опытной группы, в состав рациона которой включался пробиотик "Олин"; рентабельность в сравнении с контрольной группой при этом повысилась на 10,1% и достигла 16,7%.
