Influence of complexes of microbial preparations on the development of phytopathogens during the grafted grapes stratification | Влияние комплексов микробных препаратов на развитие фитопатогенов во время стратификации виноградных прививок

English. The biological efficacy of new complexes of microbial preparations based on "Diazophyte", "Phosphoenterin", "Biopolitside", "Aurill" and "Azotobacterin" for the grafted grapes protection from mold microorganisms during the stratification was studied. The main purpose of the research was to compare the effect of microbial complexes and traditional antiseptic "Hinozol" on the spread and intensity of disease development during the grafted grapes stratification. We studied the effect of two new complexes of microbial preparations ("CBP-1", which included "Diazophyte", "Phosphoenterin", "Biopolitside", and "CBP-2" – "Phosphoenterin", "Biopolitside", "Aurill" and "Azotobacterin") on the suppression of the development of phytopathogens during the grapes stratification (variety Arkadia) grafted on a phylloxera resistant stock of 'Berlandieri' x 'Riparia Kober 5BB'.Observations and studies were carried out in the grafting complex of the Department of fruit growing and viticulture of the Academy of Bioresources and Environmental Management (Academic Unit) of "V. I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University" in 2017. It has been established that "CBP-1" and "CBP-2" had protective properties against fungal diseases of grapes during the stratification at a concentration of 1:10. Grafted grapes without signs of lesion in a visual examination were 77.3–78.3%, in the control variant this indicator decreased to 57.2%. The highest effectiveness of suppressing the development of pathogens was noted using "CBP-2", which was confirmed by the minimum rates of grafted grape damage at the level of 4 points. The number of such grafted grapes was 6.3%. When treated with "Hinozol", this indicator increases to 15.5%, and in the control variant - 28.9%. Calculations carried out on the prevalence of (P) diseases showed that after treatment with the studied preparations the prevalence of diseases was 21.3–22.7%, while in control it reached 43.8%. The intensity of disease development was directly proportional to their prevalence. The biological efficacy of preparations in case of inhibition (P) diseases compared to control was the same, within 50%.

Цель исследований – изучить биологическую эффективность и провести сравнительный анализ влияния новых комплексов микробных препаратов и традиционного химического антисептика на степень подавления развития фитопатогенов во время стратификации виноградных прививок. Исследования проводили в прививочном комплексе Крымского федерального университета имени В. И. Вернадского в 2017 г. Изучали влияние двух новых комплексов микробных препаратов: "КБП-1", включающего в себя препараты "Диазофит", "Фосфоэнтерин", "Биополицид" и "КБП-2" – "Фосфоэнтерин", "Биополицид", "Аурилл" и "Азотобактерин" на степень подавления развития фитопатогенов во время стратификации виноградных прививок сорта Аркадия, привитых на филлоксероустойчивом подвое Берландиери х Рипариа Кобер 5ББ. Установлено, что показатели эффективности обработки прививок при стратификации микробными препаратами в концентрации 0,1% "КБП-1" и 0,1% "КПБ-2" находятся на уровне обработки "Хинозолом" в концентрации 0,5%. Прививки без признаков поражения при визуальном обследовании составили 77,3–78,3%, в контроле этот показатель снизился до 57,2% при НСР05 = 3,4%. Наиболее высокая эффективность подавления развития патогенов отмечена у "КБП-2", что подтверждено минимальными показателями поражения прививок на уровне четырех баллов. Количество таких прививок составило 6,3%. При обработке "Хинозолом" этот показатель возрос до 15,5%, а в контроле составил 28,9%. После обработки исследуемыми препаратами степень распространенности болезней составила 21,3–22,7%, тогда как в контроле – 43,8% при НСР05 = 7,8%. Интенсивность развития болезней прямо пропорциональна их распространенности. Показатели биологической эффективности препаратов по распространенности болезней относительно контроля одинаковы – в пределах 50%.
