Temperature factor as the main criterion for establishing the optimal time for planting winter garlic | Температурный фактор как определяющий критерий установления оптимального срока посадки озимого чеснока

English. Presented are the results of the study of influence of biochemical composition of cloves and temperature on the growth of garlic plants. Correlation analysis showed a weak and average dependence of the length of the plant regrowth period on the biochemical composition of garlic cloves. It was determined that the main factor affecting the timing of plant emergence is temperature. By the duration of the period from planting to germination, varieties and promising samples of garlic bread by the Research Institute of Rice Breeding were divided into three groups. The emergence of seedlings in the first group is marked on the 7-th day after planting. At the same time, the sum of air temperatures should be 66.5 deg C and the soil at a depth of 5 cm - 59.0 deg C. Seedlings from the second group appeared on the 15-th day. The sum of air temperatures is 132.8 deg C and soil - 130.9 deg C. The third group has the longest regrowth period - 25 days. For the emergence of garlic shoots, a sum of temperatures is necessary - 200 deg C, the same amount of heat is necessary for the growth of mother plants of onions of winter varieties. When determining the planting time of winter garlic in the field, the weather forecast should be taken into account and planting should be started with varieties of the third group, ending with the first group of garlic varieties, so that by the onset of a steady cold snap, the root system of the garlic plants has developed without growth of leaves on the soil surface. When using a planting material for the forcing of garlic for green the varieties are also divided into two groups according to the length of the period from planting to germination. It was established that in the first group of varieties shoots appeared on the 17th day after planting. For them, the necessary sum of air temperatures was 106.4 deg C. The shoots of the second group appeared on the 25th day, after planting and the sum of air temperatures was 141.0 deg C.

Russian. Представлены результаты по изучению влияния биохимического состава зубков и температуры на отрастание растений чеснока. Проведение корреляционного анализа показало слабую и среднюю зависимость продолжительности периода отрастания растений от биохимического состава зубков чеснока. Было определено, что основной фактор, влияющий на сроки появления всходов растений, - температурный. По продолжительности периода от посадки до всходов сорта и перспективные образцы чеснока селекции ФГБНУ "ВНИИ риса" разделились на три группы. Появление всходов у первой группы отмечены на 7-й день после высадки. При этом сумма температур воздуха должна составлять 66,5 град. С и почвы на глубине 5 см - 59,0 град. С. Всходы у второй группы появлялись на 15-й день. Сумма температур воздуха - 132,8 град. С, почвы - 130,9 град. С. Самый длинный период отрастания у третьей группы - 25 дней. Для появления всходов чеснока необходима сумма температур 200 град. С, такое же количество тепла необходимо для отрастания маточников репчатого лука озимых сортов. При определении сроков посадки озимого чеснока в поле следует учитывать прогноз погоды и начинать высадку с сортов третьей группы, заканчивая первой группой, чтобы к наступлению устойчивого похолодания у растений чеснока развилась корневая система без отрастания листьев на поверхности почвы. При использовании посадочного материала для выгонки чеснока на зелень сорта также подразделяются на две группы по продолжительности периода от посадки до всходов. Установлено, что у первой группы сортов всходы появились на 17-й день после посадки. Для них необходима сумма температур воздуха 106,4 град. С. Всходы у второй группы появлялись на 25-й день, после высадки и сумма температур воздуха - 141,0 град. С.
