Влияние композиций альфа и гамма интерферонов на гематологические показатели овец | The influence of alpha and gamma interferon compositions on the hematological indicators of sheeps

Russian. Данное исследование посвящено изучению влияния шести опытных образцов белка овечьего интерферона рекомбинантного в течение 72 часов после их введения на гематологические показатели овец шести групп по пять голов в каждой. Овцам каждой группы внутримышечно был введен один из шести экспериментальных образцов белка, после чего была взята кровь. Были определены следующие показатели: содержание форменных элементов в крови, лейкограмма крови (абсолютное и относительное количество лимфоцитов, гранулоцитов и моноцитов) и показатели красной крови овец (гемоглобин и гематокрит). Достоверных изменений в содержании эритроцитов, тромбоцитов, показателей красной крови овец всех групп на протяжении опыта не было обнаружено. Отмечены изменения в количестве лейкоцитов и лейкограммы крови во всех группах овец через 48 часов после введения препарата, которые сохранялись через 72 часа. Исходя из данных, полученных в ходе опыта, наиболее оптимальным препаратом являлся образец № 4, включающий в себя овечий гамма интерферон в концентрации 3 мкг/мл и альфа интерферон в концентрации 5 мкг/мл. Таким образом, более полный клеточный иммунитет был выявлен в группе № 4 где уже через 48 часов после введения препарата было отмечено повышение лейкоцитов на 33–35%, лимфоцитов – на 31–35%, моноцитов – на 38–42 %, гранулоцитов – на 34–35%.

This study is devoted to the effect of six experimental samples of the recombinant sheep interferon protein within 72 hours after the introduction on the hematological parameters of sheep of six groups (five sheep in a group). One of six experimental protein samples was injected intramuscularly into the sheep of each group, then blood was taken. The following indicators were determined: the content of blood corpuscles, leukogram (absolute and relative number of lymphocytes, granulocytes and monocytes) and red blood counts of sheep (hemoglobin and hematocrit). Significant changes in the content of erythrocytes, platelets, indicators of red blood of sheep of all groups during the experiment were not found. Changes in the number of leukocytes and leukogram of all groups of sheep were found 48 hours after administration of the drug, that persisted after 72 hours. Based on the data obtained during the research, the most optimal drug was sample No. 4, which includes sheep gamma interferon at a concentration of 3 μg/ml and alpha interferon at a concentration of 5 μg/ml. Thus, a more complete cell mediated immunity was detected in group No. 4 where 48 hours after the administration of the drug, there was the increase in leukocytes by 33–35%, lymphocytes – by 31–35%, monocytes – by 38–42%, granulocytes – by 34–35%
