Impact of dairy cow feeding with legume-cereal mixture on market income in a specific agricultural enterprise

In the attempt to evaluate the influence of feeding og´f legume-cereal mixtures (LOS, silage) on cow milk quality we evaluated the costs and yields of the whole experiment. We found higher milk yield (+ 233 l), higher milk fat (+ 0,15 %) in LOS fed dairy cows as compared to feeding of dairy cows without LOS (NELOS). The difference was 114.3 thousands of CZC for the entire trial period, that is 8,87 CZC per feed day of cow.
