Environmental pollution and the development of ecological agriculture, the use of micronutrients and bacterial products has attracted increasing attention in recent years. This research paper describes the role of microcomponent complex Microcom-VA, created in Moldova specifically for vine, and bioproducts of plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPB), in order to develop the productivity potential of this most important culture for Moldova. It was shown that the use of half of the recomended dose of a complex of trace elements in conjunction with the metabolites or suspension of bacteria Pseudomonas aureofascens and Azotobacter сhroococcum during critical stages of plant development contributed to an increase in the content of photosynthetic pigments, improved growth and shoot maturation, improved quality and yield
