The paper presents the results focused on the study of pork quality tested in the productionexperiment performed in the farms of the North-Eastern Ukraine. For the experiment, pigs were divided in 2 groupsby 20 heads each one. The control room was disinfected using “Ecocide C” and “Virosan” and the second one(experimental) – “Bi-deztm” and the preparation “Biotsidin”. The animals were slaughtered when they achieved100 kg live weight taking samples for the organoleptic, biochemical and sanitary examination. The pre-slaughterweight of experimental pigs was by 6,3 kg higher than of those from the control variant. The weight of freshlyslaughtered carcasses was also higher in the experimental animals, by 4 kg (đ>0,5), while the percentage ofoutput in the experimental animals was higher by only 0,8 %. As a result of determining the mass of muscle tissueit was established that the values of this index in the experimental group of pigs was by 6,5 kg or 16 % higher; fat– by 1,75 kg (29,4 %), bones – by 0,18 kg, or 1,9 % (đ>0,5). After 48 hours of storage, single cocci were found inthe experimental samples of meat, while in the control variant – 3-5 through the microscope.
