Assessment of the impact of urban and suburban ecosystems on the quality of surface waters of the Raut river basin in the middle and lower sectors

As a result of the chemical analyzes of surface waters in the urban ecosystems of Telenesti and suburban villages, Saratenii Vechi and Ţânțăreni have been recorded exceedances of the content of N-NH4 + and N-NO2 - in the samples taken from r. Ciulucul Mic and r. Răut within the studied ecosystems district Telenesti. It was established that the water from the station (source), located upstream of the suburban ecosystem Țânțăreni (Telenesti district) is qualitative and is used by the population as drinking water. The degree of pollution of the water of the Răut river with ammonium and phosphates upstream and downstream has been demonstrated that ecosystem Orhei, caused by the discharge of uncleaned wastewater. It is pointed out that one of the main sources of water pollution in the Răut river within the Orhei urban ecosystem is presented by the non-qualitative wastewater at the Biological wastewater treatment plant (BWWP). The dynamics of the process of surface water pollution caused by urban ecosystems is established. Notwithstanding the fact that both urban ecosystems (Telenesti and Orhei) have (BWWP), due to the fact that the degree of purification of the purified water at these stations is inappropriate, they (the purified water) serve as a major source pollution of surface water. 7 references, 2 figures, 3 tables.
