It was investigated the preparations influence of steroid glycosides Eoldstim and Ecostim on the maintenance of plastid pigments (chlorophyll a and b, and carotenoids) in plants’ organs of winter barley during the vegetation. The treatment of vegetating plants in the fraternity phase with preparations solutions leads to the concentration increase of plastid pigments and to their accumulation in photosynthesizing organs, and also to the parameters growth of chlorophyll indices. It was established that the action of growth regulators depends on high-quality features of plants and on the kind of the predecessor. The maintenance of chlorophyll can be used as a parameter defining the potential biological efficiency of winter barley crops.
