The Center of Excellence in Genomics (CEG) at ICRISAT, while working with partners from around the world, has achieveda unique milestone in assembling draft genomes and large-scale re-sequencing of several important crops.CEG has also been at the forefront in genome sequence analysis and utilizing this information in cropimprovement. ICRISAT is building on the work done by CEG as we embark with partners on a ?SystemsBiology? framework to work across diverse disciplines to achieve nutritional security in service of realizingthe Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
