The influence of nitrogen-fixing bacteria preparations on morphogenetic indices of spring barley | Влияние препаратов азотфиксирующих бактерий на морфогенетические показатели ярового ячменя

English. One of the agronomic methods to increase the amount of biological nitrogen in the soil is inoculation of seeds with preparations of plant-available nitrogen-fixing bacteria. The research goal is to evaluate the morphogenetic changes in spring barley (exemplified by the Signal variety) when using nitrogen-fixing bacteria preparations and mycorhiza under the conditions of temperately arid steppe of the Altai Region. The research was carried out from 2015 through 2017 on leached medium-thick low-humus light-loam chernozem. Before sowing, barley seeds were treated with biological preparations Mobilin and strain Ya-2 containing active strains of the associative nitrogen-fixing bacteria: Klebsiella mobiles and Corynebacterium freneyi, respectively, as well as the mycorrhiza preparation (fungi of the g. Glomus strain 8) in mono variant and binary combinations with the biopreparations. The amount of the preparation is 300 g per hectare rate of seeds. The treatments promoted increasing the productivity potential of barley starting from the first stages of organogenesis, especially in the binary combination of bacteria with mycorrhiza. At the 5th stage of organogenesis, the growth apex in the experiment variants elongated faster and that increased the laying of inflorescence metamers and in the future had a positive effect on the realization of the productivity potential. The economic yield of inoculation of seeds with the test preparations increases by 10.0-45.1% with the yield in the control of 1.77 t/ha on average for 3 years. The most significant yield gains are observed by combined use of bacterial preparations of mycorrhiza and the use of the strain Ya-2 in mono-form.

Russian. Одним из агротехнологических методов, повышающих количество доступного для растений азота в почве, является инокуляция семян препаратами азотфиксирующих бактерий. Цель работы - оценка морфогенетических изменений ярового ячменя (на примере сорта Сигнал) при использовании препаратов азотфиксирующих бактерий и микоризы в условиях умеренно-засушливой степи Алтайского края. Исследования проводили в 2015-2017 гг. на черноземе выщелоченном среднемощном малогумусном легкосуглинистом. Перед посевом семена ячменя обрабатывали биологическими препаратами мобилин и штамм Я-2, содержащими активные штаммы ассоциативных азотфиксирующих бактерий Klebsiella mobiles и Corynebacterium freneyi соответственно, а также препаратом микориза (грибы р. Glomus штамм 8) в моноварианте или в бинарных сочетаниях с биопрепаратами. Количество препаратов - 300 г на гектарную норму семян. Обработки способствовали повышению потенциала продуктивности ячменя, начиная с первых этапов органогенеза, особенно при бинарном сочетании бактерий с микоризой. На V этапе органогенеза конус нарастания на вариантах опыта быстрее удлинялся, что увеличивало закладку метамеров соцветия и в дальнейшем положительно сказывалось на реализации потенциала продуктивности. Хозяйственная урожайность ячменя при инокуляциии семян тестируемыми препаратами увеличивается на 10,0-45,1% при урожайности в контроле 1,77 т/га в среднем за 3 года. Наиболее значительные прибавки урожая наблюдаются при совместном применении бактериальных препаратов с микоризой и использовании штамма Я-2 в моноформе.
