The development of spring wheat plants with the use of biological products against the background of mineral fertilizers | Развитие растений яровой пшеницы при использовании биопрепаратов на фоне минеральных удобрений

Monitoring of growth and development of wheat plants of the 'Stepnaya volna' variety by biological control method revealed the influence of microbial preparations with nitrogen-fixing bacteria Mobilin, Rizoagrin, 2P-5, and fungal product Mycorrhiza in pure form and against the background of mineral fertilizers on the yield formation of wheat under the conditions of insufficient moistening of the growing season of 2018. The applied biological products same as the mineral fertilizers in pure form did not have a significant impact on the formation of vegetative and generative organs of wheat. More than 50% of the florets were not fertilized and ear grain content ranged from 47.3 to 55.8%. The weather conditions were the determining factor of plant establishment and development. The influence of the biological products on the structure of generative organs was manifested at later stages of organogenesis – at stages X through XII, when the weather conditions were more favorable for kernel formation. Thousand-kernel weight in all variants with the biological products was higher than on the control and in the variants with mineral fertilizers; this might be explained by the hormonal and stimulating effects of the applied preparations. Accordingly, wheat yield in all variants with inoculation was higher than in the control and with fertilizers in pure form. The yield increase averaged from 20% to 53%. The higher yield increase by 32.3-53.5% was obtained against the background of two-fold application of N60P60K60.

Russian. Проводили наблюдения за ростом и развитием растений пшеницы сорта Степная волна методом биологического контроля. Выявляли влияние микробных препаратов азотфиксирующих бактерий Мобилин, Ризоагрин, 2П-5 и грибного препарата Микориза в чистом виде и на фонах минеральных удобрений (N30P60K60 и N60P60K60) на формирование урожая этой культуры в условиях недостаточного увлажнения вегетационного периода 2018 г. в Алтайском крае. Используемые биопрепараты, как и минеральные удобрения в чистом виде, не оказывали существенного влияния на формирование вегетативных и генеративных органов пшеницы. Более 50% цветков не было оплодотворено, озерненность колоса колебалась от 47,3 до 55,8%. Решающим фактором закладки и развития генеративных структур следует считать погодные условия. Влияние препаратов на структуру генеративных органов проявилось на более поздних этапах органогенеза – на Х-XII, когда сложились погодные условия, более благоприятные для формирования зерновок. Масса 1000 зерен на всех вариантах с препаратами была более высокой, чем на контроле и на минеральных удобрениях, что объясняется гормональным и стимулирующим эффектами используемых препаратов. Соответственно, урожайность пшеницы на всех вариантах с инокуляцией была более высокой, чем на контроле (2,26 т/га) и на удобрениях в чистом виде. Прибавки составили в среднем от 20 до 53%. Наиболее высокие прибавки (32,3-53,5%) получены на фоне N60P60K60.
