Formation of a selection group of replacement breeding cattle | Формирование селекционной группы ремонтного молодняка

English. Two lines of research were used to develop a new system for early diagnosis, selection and sampling of young animals. After calculating the parental index (RTI) (n = 207), the livestock is divided into two groups: breeding (RTI - 11.2 thousand kg of milk) and production (8.6 thousand kg of milk). It was established that for the formation of a selection group of young animals, it is necessary to select heifers with an RIT of more than 11.5 thousand kg of milk, exceeding the average indicator for the herd by 17.3%, with an inbreeding coefficient not exceeding 0.0817. At the genetic level, conducting early diagnostics of authenticity of origin, in accordance with the recommendations of the International Society for Animal Genetics (ISAG) using SNP, made it possible to conduct studies on the panel (biochip) TruSeq Bovine Parentage Sequencing Panel. It was established that in all groups, the largest number of repetitions, on the main and additional SNPs, is on the alternative and reference alleles in the identifier ARS-BFGL-NGS-86662 (G T). This indicator is 0.4% more than in BTB-00818821 (C T), which has the lowest indicator – 0.314%. In the group with RHS over 11 thousand kg by the main SNPs, there is the highest repeatability in identifiers: ARSUSMARC-Parent-DQ650635-rs29012174 (G A); ARS-USMARC-Parent-AY849381-rs29003287(C T) and ARS-USMARC-Parent-AY853303-no-rs (A G) with a difference of 0.057%. In the same group, additional SNPs showed high repeatability in ARS-BFGL-NGS-86662 (G T) and Hapmap51227-BTA-41809 (G A) with a difference of 0.085%. In the group with RIT of 8.6 thousand kg, the repeatability difference in the main alleles of ARS-USMARC-Parent-DQ650635-rs29012174 (G A) and ARS-USMARC-Parent-AY849381-rs29003287 (С Т) amounted to 0.069%. For additional alleles, the identifiers have: BTA-30857-no-rs (С Т) and ARS-BFGL-BAC-19454 (С Т) differences of 0.224%. This indicates that the breeding group has a more compacted and reliable gene pool, allowing it to be used to improve the population.

Russian. Для разработки новой системы ранней диагностики, отбора и подбора молодняка использованы два направления исследований. После расчета родительского индекса (РТИ) (n=207) поголовье разделено на две группы: селекционная (РТИ – 11,2 тыс. кг молока) и производственная (8,6 тыс. кг молока). Установлено, что для формирования селекционной группы молодняка необходимо отбирать телок с показателем РИТ свыше 11,5 тыс. кг молока, превышающий средний показатель по стаду на 17,3%, с коэффициентом инбридинга, не превышающим 0,0817. На генетическом уровне проведение ранней диагностики достоверности происхождения, в соответствии с рекомендациями Международного общества генетики животных (ISAG) с использованием SNP, дало возможность проводить исследования на панели (биочипе) "TruSeq Bovine Parentage Sequencing Panel". Установлено, что в целом по всем группам наибольшее число повторений на основных и дополнительных SNP по альтернативной и референсной аллели в идентификаторе ARS-BFGL-NGS-86662(G T). Этот показатель на 0,4% больше, чем в BTB-00818821 (C T), имеющей наименьший показатель – 0,314%. В группе с РИТ свыше 11 тыс. кг по основным SNP наивысшая повторяемость в идентификаторах: ARS-USMARC-Parent-DQ650635-rs29012174 (G A); ARS-USMARC-Parent-AY849381-rs29003287 (С Т) и ARS-USMARC-Parent-AY853303-no-rs (А G) с разницей 0,057%. В этой же группе по дополнительным SNP – высокая повторяемость в ARS-BFGLNGS-86662 (G Т) и Hapmap51227-BTA-41809 (G А) с разницей 0,085%. В группе c РИТ 8,6 тыс. кг разница по повторяемости по основным аллелям ARS-USMARC-Parent-DQ650635-rs29012174 (G A) и ARS-USMARC-Parent-AY849381-rs29003287 (С Т) составила 0,069%. По дополнительным аллелям у идетификаторов: BTA-30857-no-rs (С Т) и ARS-BFGL-BAC-19454 (С Т) различия 0,224%. Это свидетельствует о том, что селекционная группа имеет более уплотненный и достоверный генофонд, позволяющий использовать его для совершенствования популяции.
