The changes of nitrogen mineral form content in the soil by the application of various straw amounts and its treatment with biological products and carbamide-ammonia mixture KAS-32 | Изменение содержания минеральных форм азота в почве при внесении разных доз соломы и её обработке биопрепаратами и КАС-32

Under the conditions of resource-saving technologies, including No-Till technology, straw is the main organic fertilizer that regulates the balance of organic matter as well as many nutrients, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and trace elements. During its decomposition, mineral nitrogen is also formed. The content of N-NO3 and NH4 was studied in a dummy experiment with the application of different straw amounts which were treated with biological products: Biokomposit-Korrect in doses of 1 and 2 L ha; EffectBio – in doses of 1.5 and 2.5 L ha and carbamide-ammonia mixture KAS-32 – 30 L ha in a month after straw application, in September (spring wheat harvesting) in 2018, and in May 2019 – the period of spring wheat sowing and at the end of August (harvesting). Straw applied into the soil affects the improvement of the nitrogen status of soils significantly. The hydrocarbons that are in straw are used in the bacteria metabolism that can fix atmospheric nitrogen. It was found that the greatest increase of the supply of plants with nitrogen mineral forms on the first year at the application of 2 t of straw per ha is ensured by the use of carbamide-ammonia mixture KAS-32, and at the application of 4 t of straw per ha – straw treatment with biological products. On the second year of the action of straw treated with carbamide-ammonia mixture KAS-32 and especially biological products at all doses of its application, greater accumulation of nitrogen mineral forms, especially N-NO3, is achieved. Higher content levels of the studied nitrogen forms remains until the end of second year of the action of all straw amounts. Its treatment with biological products may exclude the use of nitrogen fertilizers.

В условиях ресурсосберегающих технологий, в том числе и технологии no-till, солома является главным органическим удобрением, регулирующим баланс органического вещества, а также многих элементов питания и в том числе кальция, магния, калия, фосфора и микроэлементов. При её разложении образуется и минеральный азот. В модельном опыте с внесением разных доз соломы, а также их обработки биопрепаратами Биокомпозит коррект в дозах 1 и 2 л/га, Эффект Био –1,5 и 2,5 л/га и КАС-32 – 30 л/га изучено содержание N-NO3 и NH4 через месяц после заделки соломы, в сентябре (уборка яровой пшеницы) 2018 и 2019 гг., в мае (период посева яровой пшеницы) и в конце августа (уборка). Внесенная в почву солома существенно влияет на улучшение азотного режима почв. Углеводороды, входящие в состав соломы, используются в метаболизме бактерий, способных фиксировать атмосферный азот. В результате приведенных исследований установлено, что наибольшее повышение обеспеченности растений минеральными формами азота в первый год при внесении 2 т/га соломы обеспечивается использованием КАС-32, а на фоне 4 т/га ее обработкой биопрепаратами. На 2-й год действия соломы, обработанной КАС-32 и особенно биопрепаратами, на всех дозах ее внесения обеспечивается большее накопление минеральных форм азота, особенно N-NO3. Более высокий уровень содержания изучаемых форм азота сохраняется до конца 2-го года действия всех доз соломы. Её обработка биопрепаратами может исключить применение азотных удобрений.
