Analysis of problems and prospects of digitalization of the agricultural economy of the South of Russia (on the example of the grape-wine complex) | Анализ проблем и перспектив цифровизации экономики АПК юга России (на примере виноградно-винодельческого комплекса)

In the conditions of economic sanctions in Russia there is a constant increase in demand for domestic wines; therefore, in the next 10-20 years it is promising to develop the domestic viticulture. It is especially important to have scientific developments in the field of cultivation and production of high-quality and competitive wine products controlling its geographical origin. Analyzed is the current state and prospects of development of the grape and wine subcomplex in the context of food security of the Russian Federation under the policy of import substitution. The place of food complex in the structure of agroindustrial complex of the country is considered from positions of a system approach. The analysis of the economic potential of the regions of the Russian Federation shows that the implementation of the import substitution strategy at the regional level is most relevant for viticulture, as a highly profitable and intensive sector of the food complex, stands out. Modern tendencies are characterized and key problems are revealed, opportunities and prospects of its further development on the basis of introduction of digital technologies are designated. Considered is foreign and domestic experience of digitalization of agricultural industries, identified priorities for the introduction of digital technologies in the agricultural sector of Russia. The necessity of digitalization of the agricultural sector as the most important direction of its modernization and development is discussed. In the current conditions, the key to sustainable development and increase productivity in agriculture is the use of advanced technologies and developments, including digital tehnologies.

В условиях экономических санкций в России наблюдается постоянный рост спроса на вина отечественного производства, следовательно, в ближайшие 10-20 лет перспективно развивать отечественное виноградарство. Особенно важно наличие научных разработок в области возделывания и выработки качественной и конкурентоспособной винодельческой продукции контролируемого географического происхождения. Проведен анализ современного состояния и перспектив развития виноградно-винодельческого подкомплекса в контексте задач обеспечения продовольственной безопасности РФ в условиях политики импортозамещения. С позиций системного подхода рассмотрено место продовольственного комплекса в структуре АПК страны. Анализ экономического потенциала регионов РФ показывает, что реализация стратегии импортозамещения на региональном уровне наиболее актуальна для виноградарства как высокодоходной и интенсивной отрасли продовольственного комплекса. Охарактеризованы современные тенденции и выявлены ключевые проблемы, обозначены возможности и перспективы ее дальнейшего развития на основе внедрения цифровых технологий. Рассмотрен зарубежный и отечественный опыт цифровизации отраслей АПК, выявлены приоритетные направления внедрения цифровых технологий в отрасли АПК России. Обоснована необходимость цифровизации аграрной отрасли как важнейшего направления ее модернизации и развития. В современных условиях залогом устойчивого развития и повышения производительности труда в АПК является использование передовых технологий и разработок, в т.ч. цифровых.
