Computational model of cow`s reproductive cycle | Вычислительная модель репродуктивного цикла коров

English. Created was an algorithm for modeling the reproductive cycle of cows (RC-model) and conducted were numerical experiments in Microsoft Excel. The changes in the average annual growth rate / reduction in the number of dairy herd cows DY) were studied with varying input data - the duration of the uterus involution period (INV from 20 to 70 days), the number of consciously passed estrus (nest from 0 to 5 estrus), probability of estrus detection (EDR from 30 to 80%) and conception (CR from 40 to 90%). An increase in INV by 10 days led to a decrease in calf yield (WT) by 3.3 percentage points (p. p.) and DY by 0.6 p.p. The conscious omission of one estrous cycle reduced WT and DY y by 7 and 1.2 p.p. respectively. The increase by 10 pp in EDR or CR led to an increase in WT by 4.9 and 3.9, DY by 0.9 and 0.7 p.p. respectively. 36 variants were investigated with simultaneous variation of input variables with gradations: nest - 0, 1, 2, 3 estrus; EDR - 30, 50, 70%; CR - 40, 60, 80%. The length of the service period ranged from 68 to 268 days, the calving interval from 11.6 to 18.2 months, the output of calves from 32 to 99%, the rate of increase/decrease in the number of cows - from -2.6 to + 10.9% / yr. When adopting the lower threshold of the service period at 120 days, out of 36 variants, 11 were economically acceptable with minimum values of WT = 81%, DY = 8% per year. It is shown that with EDR = 30%, the herd reproduction management program can be effective only when CR is at least 80% and the cows are inseminated in the first estrus after the involution of the uterus. If EDR = 50% in the herd, then the reproduction program will be effective when the CR is at least 60% and no more than one estrus is consciously leaved out. With EDR = 70%, the reproduction program can be effective if: (a) CR is at least 40% and the cows are inseminated immediately after the involution of the uterus; (b) CR = 60% and not more than one estrus is leaved out; (c) CR no less than 80%, and no more than two estrus is leaved out. The developed algorithm is supposed to be used when developing programs for the reproduction of the herd in dairy cattle breeding.

Russian. Создавали алгоритм моделирования репродуктивного цикла коров (РЦ-модель) и проводили численные эксперименты в среде Microsoft Excel. Изучены изменения среднегодового темпа прироста/сокращения поголовья молочного стада (DeltaY - DY) при варьировании исходных данных - длительности периода инволюции матки (INV от 20 до 70 дн.), числа сознательно пропускаемых эструсов (nest от 0 до 5 эструсов), вероятности выявления эструса (EDR от 30 до 80%) и зачатия (CR от 40 до 90%). Увеличение INV на 10 дн. приводило к снижению выхода телят (WT) на 3,3 процентных пункта (п.п.) и DY на 0,6 п.п. Сознательный пропуск одного эстрального цикла снижало WT и DY на 7,0 и 1,2 п.п. соответственно. Увеличение EDR или CR на 10 п.п. приводило к повышению WT на 4,9 и 3,9, DY - на 0,9 и 0,7 п.п. соответственно. Исследованы 36 вариантов при одновременном варьировании входных переменных с градациями: nest - 0, 1, 2, 3 эструса; EDR - 30, 50, 70%; CR - 40, 60, 80%. Размах сервис-периода составлял от 68 до 268 дн., межотельного интервала - от 11,6 до 18,2 мес., выхода телят - от 32 до 99%, темпа прироста/сокращения поголовья - от -2,6 до +10,9%/год. При принятии нижнего порога сервис-периода на уровне 120 дн., из 36 вариантов хозяйственно приемлемыми оказались 11 с минимальными значениями WT=81%, DY=8% в год. Показано, что при EDR=30% программа управления воспроизводством стада может быть эффективной только тогда, когда CR не менее 80% и коровы осеменяются в первый после инволюции матки эструс. Если в стаде EDR=50%, то программа воспроизводства будет эффективной, когда CR не ниже 60% и сознательно пропускается не более одного эструса. При EDR=70% программа воспроизводства может быть эффективной, если: (а) CR не менее 40%, и коров осеменяют сразу после инволюции матки; (б) CR=60% и пропускается не более одного эструса; (в) CR не менее 80%, и пропускается не более двух эструсов. Разработанный алгоритм предполагается использовать при разработке программ воспроизводства стада в молочном скотоводстве.
