English. The problem of protecting the air in industrial poultry farming and the prevention of infectious diseases of birds is still acute and not sufficiently studied. The constant keeping of poultry in closed premises in the conditions of poultry farms leads to a decrease in the resistance of the bird organization. Moreover, unfavorable phenomena are aggravated by deionization of air, complete absence of ultraviolet insolation, high level of its bacterial and dust contamination, increased concentration of harmful gases, which reduces the immunobiological reactivity of the organism, contributes to the appearance of a number of diseases. The microclimate in premises for keeping broiler chickens at one of the poultry farms of Dagestan. The air for bacterial culture testing was taken with a Yu.A. Krotova. The dust content in the air was determined by the weight method. Mixed fodder (156 samples) and litter straw (35 samples) were preliminarily tested organoleptically, then - from each sample crops were planted on nutrient media. The conducted studies showed that the temperature and moisture conditions in the premises are within the zoohygienic standard. The bacterial contamination was mainly formed by the coccus group of microorganisms. Bacterial and dust contamination of the air increased during the feeding and feeding of birds. The results of mycological studies showed that fungi from the genera Aspergillus, Mucor, Rhizopus, Penicillium were isolated from the tested feeds, and from the investigated samples straw-fungi of genera Aspergillus, Penicillium, Mucor, Rizapus Fizarium and Alternaria. The number of spores of mold fungi in air increased during feeding poultry. The sources of contamination with these spores are infected mixed fodder and litter material.

Russian. Проблема охраны воздушной среды в промышленном птицеводстве и профилактика инфекционных заболеваний птиц к настоящему времени остается острой и недостаточно изученной. Постоянное содержание птицы в закрытых помещениях в условиях птицефабрик приводит к снижению резистентности организма птиц. Неблагоприятные явления усугубляются деионизацией воздуха, полным отсутствием ультрафиолетовой инсоляции, высоким уровнем его бактериальной и пылевой загрязненности, повышенной концентрацией вредных газов, что уменьшает иммунобиологическую реактивность организма, способствует появлению целого ряда заболеваний. Изучали микроклимат в помещениях для содержания цыплят-бройлеров на одной из птицефабрик Дагестана. Воздух для исследования на бактериологическую обсемененность брали прибором Ю.А. Кротова. Содержание пыли в воздухе определяли весовым методом. Комбикорм (156 образцов) и подстилочную солому (35 образцов) предварительно исследовали органолептически, затем из каждой взятой пробы делали посевы на питательные среды. Проведенные исследования показали, что температурно-влажностный режим в помещениях находился в пределах зоогигиенической нормы. Бактериальную загрязненность в основном формировали микроорганизмы кокковой группы. Бактериальная и пылевая загрязненность воздушной среды увеличивалась в период раздачи кормов и кормления птицы. Результаты микологических исследований показали, что из исследованных проб комбикормов выделены грибы родов Aspergillus, Mucor, Rhizopus, Penicillium, а из исследованных проб соломы - грибы родов Aspergillus, Penicillium, Mucor, Rhizopus, Fusaruim, Alternaria. Количество спор плесневых грибов в воздухе возрастало в период кормления птицы. Источниками загрязнения этими спорами являются зараженный комбикорм и подстилочный материал.
