English. Considered were the problems of the organization of technical service and improvement of production and technical base for the maintenance of imported cars. There were used statistical data on the availability in the RF of service centers for imported cars, the frequency of maintenance in thousands of kilometers, the cost of maintenance, prices for the main parts. Improving the technical readiness of vehicles, reducing downtime and reducing damage are associated with improving the organization and rational use of production and technical base of road transport enterprises. Intensive saturation of the Russian market of trucks and service centers of the Mercedes-Вenz, Renault, Scania, Volvo companies is ongoing. As a rule, service centers have warehouses of spare parts, pre-sale and warranty services and retraining courses for drivers to work on foreign cars. Representative offices of foreign firms are rapidly expanding in almost all regions of the RF. With the average annual mileage of the car equal to 100-120 thousand km, foreign trucks mainly require 1-2 maintenance, usually coinciding with the replacement of oils. The experience of using foreign cars in the conditions of the Russian Federation also shows that in a year there may be 1-2 failures of different groups of complexity, most often units and assemblies of fuel supply systems or chassis. The total maintenance cost and its cost for the last 5 years varies from 4 (IVECO) to 9 (Mercedes-Benz) ths euro. Depending on a producer, the prices of 1 standard hour of works of maintenance and repair, as well as the prices for replacement parts and components are greatly different. The high cost of their maintenance, in comparison with domestic machines, is compensated by the minimum staying of cars in the zone of technical service. Rational organization of technical service provides an increase in the coefficient of technical readiness of cars, reducing the cost of maintaining the fleet of cars in good condition.

Russian. Рассматривали проблемы организации технического сервиса и совершенствования производственно-технической базы по обслуживанию импортных грузовых автомобилей. Использовали статистические данные по наличию в РФ сервисных центров для импортных автомобилей, по периодичности технического обслуживания (ТО) в тысячах километров, по затратам на ТО и ценам на основные детали. Выявили, что повышение технической готовности автомобилей, сокращение простоев и снижение ущерба связано с улучшением организации и рациональным использованием производственно-технической базы автотранспортных предприятий. На российском авторынке распространены грузовые автомобили и сервисные центры фирм Mersedes-Вenz, Renault, Scania, Volvo. Количество представительств зарубежных фирм растет практически во всех регионах РФ. При среднегодовом пробеге автомобиля, равном 100-120 тыс км, зарубежные грузовики в основном требуют проведения 1-2 ТО, как правило совпадающих с заменой масел. Опыт использования зарубежных автомобилей в условиях РФ показывает, что за год может возникнуть 1-2 отказа различных групп сложности, чаще всего агрегатов и узлов систем питания топливом или ходовой части. Суммарная стоимость ТО за 5 лет варьирует от 4 (IVECO) до 9 (Mersedes-Вenz) тыс. евро. В зависимости от производителя сильно различаются цены 1 нормо-часа работ по ТО и ремонту, а также цены на запчасти и комплектующие. Значительная стоимость содержания импортного автотранспорта по сравнению с отечественными машинами компенсируется минимальным пребыванием импортных машин в зоне ТО. Рациональная организация технического сервиса обеспечивает повышение коэффициента технической готовности автомобилей, снижение затрат на поддержание парка автомобилей в технически исправном состоянии.
