INFLUENCE OF PSEUDOMONAS SP. GEOT188 STRAIN, ISOLATED FROM UNDERGROUND BODIES OF DACTYLORCHIZA INCARNATA (L.) SOÓ (ORCHIDACEAE JUSS.) ON GROWTH PROCESSES OF CULTURAL PLANTS

The paper presents the results of the laboratory study of the influence of the strain Pseudomonas sp. GEOT18, isolated from the underground organs of Dactylorchiza incarnata (L.) Soó (Orchidaceae Juss.) on test objects – cockweed and cereal agricultural species. The authors evaluated the energy of germination and germination of seeds, as well as the morphometric parameters of plants, their average daily growth, and the content of chlorophyll. The inoculation of seeds with the strain reduced their infection with pathogenic microorganisms and increased the germination of cockweed seeds by 24.5% and the length of burgeons by 13.4-21.5%. In addition, the Pseudomonas sp. GEOT18 strain had a stimulating effect on the growth processes of oats and barley in the initial stages of ontogenesis.
